It's easy looks like a legend when you're writing all sides of the story. There's no way that restaurant would be that busy and popular if it was that verbally toxic and disorganized. Well it does have its problems, that restaurant is turned up to 11 for the show.

But the 3 bad ones not even about food or service kill me. This place has killed my relatiinship wirh my GF and my credit and finances. Anyone that opens a resraurant must be an idiot (me).

What a pathetic women - She comes in and interrupts him in the kitchen - when she knows hes stressed and he has ALL the responsability - then when he tells her - shut up leave me alone" - then all the sudden "AHHH cry cry fake sound voices"... Then when she tells Gordon - He brings the place down and us both - She has effectively doubled the blame on him and she didnt even say - "I bring it down also"...
Then she talks about her story how how victim she is then says - "you need to cook with love and hence again blame it all hon him and act like a victim and projects..
She is using classic pshyology gaslightning women often use that are manipulative and then act like a victim. But at the same time she complains at him and blames all on him and interrupts him and then when he says something back when he gets irritated - she acts like a women , so once again put all the blame and bias on him...
Typical toxic females.. Nothing new. Most women love to act like victims as a manipulation method, nothing new. Then she tries to associate to Gordons ex life and that he has daughters and his empathy and that in evolution theory men often have more compassion for women then men. And they use this manipulation tactic. Nothing new. Toxic females. Dont bother responding i dont use YT notifications... Then she contiunes through ALL the video - to blame, project, deflect, act like a victim. Haha then also some "tears" and how he "treats me" and bla bla... Then act like a women that cry.. Hahaha so shallow its amazing.. She is a worse actor then my actor friends.
But typical toxic females that manipulates social surroundings that - its all about them Hahahaha.

This is a very bad example of how to handle an abusive relationship. No, you cannot fix him -- especially not with one televised counseling session. The problem is not the restaurant. The problem is how, whenever he's scared, he takes his control back by funneling his insecurities directly into his partner. Fundamentally, that means he values his comfort and security at the direct expense of hers. Why should she endure that? That's not love. That's a parasite.

"i feel you pretty much saved my son's life.."
Meanwhile Tess has had 13 surgeries, is at risk of more problems due to tress, and has to wear a colostomy bag while everyone around her babies the abusive Chris. (They even baby him right after he makes Tess cry! WTF)
I really want to smack the mothers. That made me so furious. Disgraceful failures, the lot of them. I hope Tess is doing better now, and is away from Chris and his mother.
Ginny has a mountain of mistakes to make up for concerning her daughter. She disgusted me the most, allowing all of this to happen to her child knowing the risk posed to her life via the stress, while enabling the man that uses Tess as a verbal and emotional punching bag.
    Just vile.

Health includes the mental side also. You can be physically 100% but if you lose yourself in your own mind it can have devastating results. Brain is our most powerful tool but it can be the most destructive thing to weigh us down. It's no joke and situations like these can easily turn to suicide or something even worse. These people are dancing on a thread and even small adversity can have huge impact on everyone.
I agree on the moms. Both of them need a reality check and start to actually care and make difference about their children.

As a disabled person with Ehlers Danlos herself who was in an abusive relationship…. I’m very disturbed for Tess. I see a lot of (maybe) obvious red flags in this guy. I’m quite worried about this woman even offscreen. This doesn’t appear to be a “Sammy & Amy” dynamic where both parties are equally toxic. If he’s willing to behave this way with the cameras on….. imagine once they turn off! (Yes I know they said it was done stealthily….) He seems to be intentionally ignoring her conditions even steamrolling them with his own anxieties that give him digestive issues whilst she’s sitting here without a large chunk of her digestive tract. 🚩 he uses his poor mental health as an excuse in my opinion just like his mum does. I hope everything goes for the best even with the place closing & they don’t get too isolated.

It's horrifying because he somehow isn't aware of how abusive he's being. He says they're at 'each other's throats', but she tells him the simplest, base-line things like "make sure it's special for Gordon' and he gets on her, his own fiancé, telling her to shut up and 'let him do his thing'?? and for six years. I wouldn't even had made it through the first half year with that toxic, insufferable, ignorant dumpster fire of a man. Being anxious is no excuse to treat the women in his life like that. Especially because of what she's gone through with all of her surgeries.
I haven't finished the episode yet, and I honestly don't want to see them back together. I hope Tess splits him and finds someone who knows how to treat her like a person. This poor, sweet girl. She wants to find a balance, and he can't see it. He is the focal point of stress and toxicity in the restaurant. Justice for Tess. I can't even imagine what the pain must feel like.

If you’re so worried about her leaving you, maybe don’t be a dick. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to not be a dick. You’re stressed so is she. You don’t need to be taking it out on her. You’re a grown man who can find his own ways of dealing with his stress 🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s not hard.
Also, I have an anxiety disorder (meds and therapy lol 😅) and this is not what that is. Being anxious doesn’t make you a dick. It can make you irritable but you’re still responsible for your actions. You can and do have control over what you’re doing.

She is totaly a emotionall abusive person within youre same theory. But its obvious you dont know pshycology or body language haha. He has also health conditions... And he only defense himself when she comes in and nag... You never see him come out and shout 90 times per day and nag, as she does in the kitchen. Learn what kitchen really means.

I’m now going through divorce and I’ll soon be free. Men like this are not worth your stress, health, and life. And they never get “better.” I’m also a doctor of relationship science, so trust me when I say it’s not your fault and it can happen to anyone. Men like this are a special kind of manipulative. Look up covert narcissism. His mother has always allowed him to be like this and he’ll never be better.
