Brave man to put up a welding video on UA-cam.... Lots of experts to tell you what you're doing wrong (glad you're taking a class) but these comments do include some practical advice - in general stay away from EMT - tube stock is easy to find.
@@scampeezo thanks for watching and your comment. Yep, I agree to just leave EMT alone now that I have learned more about it. Appreciate you! Have a great day and be safe!
Thanks for the comment. Yes I think it is well worth the price and I didn’t lock the casters before using, I should have. It rolled a little bit and the floor isn’t completely flat so it rocked a little when it did roll. Wasn’t too distracting for me but would have been better if it didn’t move… have a great day and be safe!
Thanks for the review and video. I've been thinking about getting a welding table. Harbor Freight is my favorite store. I think I may give them a visit. You've helped me make up my mind.
@@hydrosurf9602 thanks for watching and your comment! Yes, I spray it every few jobs. If you were welding all day everyday I think it would be a quick spray every morning most likely. It does work well! Appreciate you, have a great day and be safe!
Thanks for watching and your comment. Good tip on the bacon sound. This was my first ever attempt to weld conduit and I was very happy and a little surprised it held. I appreciate your tip as I plan to get better. Have a great day and be safe!

good video and job conduit is hard to weld its so thin. i have a table like that from northern i paid $99 precovid. yours has more fixtures. be careful when using plasma cutter i cut holes in mine. take care, be safe and well.
Thanks for watching and your comment. I will definitely be careful with the plasma cutter, I could see accidentally blowing holes where they aren’t supposed to be with one! Thanks again, have a great day and be safe!
Thanks for watching and your comment! That is good to know, makes me feel a little better about those welds! I know you have to be careful of fumes on galvanized but I always try to stay out of the fumes no matter what I’m working on. Thanks again, have a great day and be safe!
@@CopperBarnHomesteadhave to clean galvanized coating off with a grinder and for the ground clamp. Anything you weld on always wack it with a grinder the best you can
@@BrodyHill-ny5we thanks for the tip. I had no idea it was galvanized but had heard galvanized shouldn’t be welded. Yes, I have figured out how important grinding and weld prep is. Good video man. Thanks for the heads up on the casters. I was looking.
I replaces the nuts on my clamps with wing nuts. Much simpler to use.

Worth the money but need to lock casters as table did seem to move a little.

@@CopperBarnHomestead Yes. Inhaling those fumes can lead to lung diseases and Parkinson's. Be especially careful when welding galvanized products.
