like I had said , 40 + years ago , I was bed ridden ( for months ) , and then I taught myself how to walk and it
took one year . I went from bed, to wheelchair , to walker, and then finally taught myself how to walk.
The only help I recieved was from my spouse . I had no clue about PT, not at that time.
Know thinking about it , I taught myself balance , stepping to walk , Strenthening, Stretching, and flexibility,
all by myself. Now I have to teach myself how to walk correctly , balance, , Strenthening , etcc Again.
One thing I never knew or know how to fix Trendelenburg Gait , and I don't know If I can walk normal again .
What I do know, I am exercising daily to try and get back to normal . And take care the rest of my health.
It's a full time job and doing years of research on UA-cam, for the last 4 years .

Absolutely on the dot. Balance decreases as we age. Basically, balance majorly depends on the strength of the lower torso, including two legs. Very good way to yield results without stress. 👍

Even the laziest person should do it
I would add - take more liquid, choose food carefully, b nutritious maniac on a moderate scale with some varieties, no to 2 much salt sugar spice oil, no to intoxicants, have sunlight, meditation if possible, 7 hrs sleep, don't constipate, do some breathing exercise early morning in fresh air, keep good BMI, converse with people who hear you, having reading habits (especially newspapers), watch sports (especially athletic games), look at cute ones (including babies) cutely, don't drink cold water, take moderately hot bath, never feel low

The golden years 😂😂 Yeah we're worth our weight in gold to doctors, hospitals, old age homes, pharmacy's.
Just drive your car on the Western Express Highway from Mumbai to Gujarat and back and you will get more than plenty of such exercises.
My Right Hip is Weak and Glutes not woke up .
