I'm a carpenter. Framing houses is a joyful experience. Climbing, stretching, lifting, twisting, turning , securing your footing, grabing security, being aware of your next move In precarious situation, being comfortable in high places, aware of what will hold your weight, and what will not. But overall it's the movement.thats the fountain of you. That's why I watched your video. Thank you for your reminder.

Elastic bands work well too. Stand next to a chair,wall or high chest of drawers. Step side to side, front to back, back to front. One foot standing, heel dips & then raises is also great.
Can regular walking around maintain the balance😊
I am 72 and i have balance problems due to BPPV. I feel wobbly while standing and walking. Are these exercises good for my imbalance poblems also?
I don't have enough movment in one knee it just locks up when I bend it
