It is the old rule of real estate, location, location, location and this house is in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Magically teleport this house to Charlotte, NC's Dilworth or Atlanta, GA's Druid Hills and this is a million dollar house all day long.
@@aarons3695 or where I live now. My house is worth 600k but If I moved it to the west by 100 miles it would be worth 2mil. Looking to relocate, but Ohio is iffy.
Nothing iffy about Cleveland at least in my perspective. Per the other comment the value is determined upon many factors and location is a big one. If you moved this house even within Cleveland Heights the value would change.
Why so cheap? Those radiators, no central air or central heat
Nice house but needs some work. Don't like the carpet. Needs new driveway and landscape work. It's all in the details if you look real hard you can see what kind of work needs to be done. Especially the kitchen.
The good thing is that there is quite a bit of space to work with in the kitchen.
