The house is awesome just looking at all these videos of houses just because I love it so so much. Of all the houses that I’ve seen on UA-cam this is the best. The only downfall of the house was there was no handrails in the basement for the stairs. It looked like it could be potentially dangerous of someone falling. Especially kids. I especially loved the bay windows. Was there only two bathrooms in the house?

It is the old rule of real estate, location, location, location and this house is in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Magically teleport this house to Charlotte, NC's Dilworth or Atlanta, GA's Druid Hills and this is a million dollar house all day long.

Nothing iffy about Cleveland at least in my perspective. Per the other comment the value is determined upon many factors and location is a big one. If you moved this house even within Cleveland Heights the value would change.

I think this is referred to as an "Italianate". It's really not a Victorian. It's extremely muddled, there's evidence of several different decades of changes. One has to be happy with a muddled home or have a very huge bank account to make the corrections.
This is true. Italianate which is a style that came out of the Victorian era. In this location I would assume that someone would come in and completely remake the inside. Thanks for your comment.
