Seems to be ok (this is just my opinion, DON’T COME FOR ME) but it looks creepy and going down to the basement all I could think of was the movie INSIDIOUS!
I wish there was more history and information like, is it a working fireplace? And the " bedroom" next to the kitchen is the dining area.

I have zero problem if a real estate agent showed me houses with flip flops on. It's a complete non-issue.
