I'm not a pro, but what I did are exercises with "grippers" or lifting discs using only the forearm. My trainers do the "clean exercise" (that's what I have to do too because i'm very weak and bad technically :c). Not abuse too much the grip exercises previously a competition that becomes a week, you have to Focus in explosive movements. Sorry for my english c,:
