To be honest, Troy's body is what my goal is and what I find the perfectly balanced body between being physically fit and actually looking normal as opposed to being an unnatural bodybuilder (not saying there's anything wrong with having a bodybuilderesque physique, just stating my opinion here). P.S. this was the most useful and comprehensive muscle up tutorial I've seen thus far, as well as the only one that actually h helped me progress! Thanks a lot mate!
I just unlocked the ring muscle up. I didn't train it in particular, but i recalled the critical details in this video. Tried it a while, and BOOM, got it done. I do train on gymnastics rings frequently. Use thick gloves; it helps with the false grip wrist pain.
Great tutorial for beginners. Thanks for a well thought out beginners lesson. I'm 61, have three autoimmune diseases, and am currently 40 pounds underweight. But I have fight. I maxed out my 8 pound dumbbells. I now have a set of gym rings instead of moving up to 10lbs dumbbells. I encourage you to make more videos.

I just received my Double Circle gym rings the other day from Amazon. I'm a beginner and never work with them. I will watch your video as my tutorial. I can't wait until I get my 12lbs fitted vest from Amazon. Your video I will watch over and over until I master all the techniques you demonstrated in your video. I also received my Burden leather kettle, 2 of them. I have to get a set of work out bands next. Your video inspire me to get healthy with calastitics and order these things. I appreciate you peace and love from East Harlem NYC.

@@troynevrela666 But I don't skip leg days.
Shane Locker doesn’t matter if you do legs or don’t do legs. Your comment says enough about you.
To be honest, Troy's body is what my goal is and what I find the perfectly balanced body between being physically fit and actually looking normal as opposed to being an unnatural bodybuilder (not saying there's anything wrong with having a bodybuilderesque physique, just stating my opinion here). P.S. this was the most useful and comprehensive muscle up tutorial I've seen thus far, as well as the only one that actually h
helped me progress! Thanks a lot mate!
Rings and GYM are two different worlds, I would not say that this guy is gym "BUFF" so why would he have massive legs???
Absolutely brilliant tutorial Troy, i was hooked immediately with the relaxed way you did the pull up movement while narrating at the same time

Miriam Gonzalez Martinez really appreciate your kindness, thank you :)
I'm a total newbie when it comes to using Rings, honestly, I haven't used it yet or even unbox, but I'm happy to say, my unboxing will happen tomorrow after watching your detailed and step by step awesome coaching....kudos...thank you, power Troy...
Troy

I feel blessed to have a spot to hang these from the beam right in front of my TV. I didn't think much of it until I saw all these youtubers working out in the park!

The best instructional.video i have ever watched. Sir, you are an outstanding educator.!!!!!!
This is very solid instruction Troy. There are many people who can do a muscle up but cannot break it down the way you did it.
I assumed the channel had more videos due to the high quality of this tutorial, it is really well articulated and easy to understand! I think you could grow an incredible channel if you intend on making one.
