This is really good to help my son. He's a gymnast. The visuals help so much as opposed to just hearing his coaches tell him what to do. Thank you!

Just nailed my first muscle up thanks to this. The band training + the “head a football” tip were game changers. Keep the awesome tips coming!

Awesome video. I got my rings yesterday, and with the help of a thick rubber band, I succeeded in one rep. The feeling if great !
Your tips are really valuable. Thank you very much.

It dose take a while to build up the wrist flexor strength to hold the false grip under load for a decent amount of time. Most peoples skin and bone around the wrists will also need to toughen up as well.

For the first wrist mobilization exercise. A good thing is to close the hand, it will increase the intensity and be closer to reality with hands wrapped around the rings.
Otherwise good tutorial. Good that you point out to be slow and cautious. The false grip took me quite some time to get used to.

We've taught at a workshop in London where 5 of the group all did there first muscle up in 5 minutes!!!! Its true! - Jacko (yes they were already strong at pull ups and dips so just needed to learn false grip and the technique for the transition movement pattern).
