Wow this looks so good. My only suggestion for the video itself (not the restaurant) is that you spend too much time filming the prep work (almost 7 minutes). That's too long. We just need to see one or two minutes of prep work. I'd like to see the seating area, the view from the customer side when ordering,. The camera needs to zoom out once in a while too; close up is good but pull back once in while, let's see the restaurant. But you have a good channel overall, much respect.

I am a cook in the Las Vegas area, to be exact tacos el gordo, the only thing I see here is that it wastes a lot of product on the grill, cilantro onion meat. That's not a good cook!
