KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Makes 18 cookies
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar free sweetener
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup ChocZero chocolate chips
1️⃣ 00:38 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. To a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside
2️⃣ 01:17 - In a separate large bowl, cream together softened butter with sugar free sweetener until fluffy using an electric mixer. Mix in egg and vanilla.
3️⃣ 01:48 - Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Once combined, stir in chocolate chips.
4️⃣ 02:33 - Using a 1 inch cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out a ball of cookie dough and place on the parchment line baking sheet. Flatten the ball down by pressing on the dough with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Space cookie dough about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
5️⃣ 02:57 - Remove cookies from the oven and continue to let sit on the baking sheet for 2-4 minutes. Cookies will continue to harden and bake as they cool. Once cool enough to handle, transfer to a wire rack to cool further.

So people it's been 2 months today since I started keto . Iv lost 23 lb . And love following keto focus recipes my favourite is the lasagna I make a batch and freeze it for a perfect ready meal when I'm running late .
This is sooo exciting!!!
Well that's amazing. Were you able to maintain weight till now
@@munnat8073 in a year I lost 46lb iv kept it off and I'm still going .... although I did have to come off keto for 3 months during the summer because I was in hospital so that set me back .
Me too! She makes me feel like I’m living a normal diet! Thank you. Just made your turkey slice lasagna!! Could not tell the difference!
Its been a year but Link to lasagna also how's it going now.
Oh my gracious!!! Just made these with my husband. He is such a stickler for choco. chip cookies. He was the biggest skeptic! However....he LOVES these cookies! We only had a 3 tbs scooper so we made larger cookies and just baked them for 11 minutes. Perfect!!! Thank you so much for giving him a tasty alternative! Keto does wonders for his neurological health, as he does suffer from a seizure disorder. Thank you so much for what you do!!! New forever fans right here!
I just made them. And it is the best tasting keto choc chip cookies I ever baked. I couldn't even taste the coconut flour. A BIG thank you Annie! And I wld like to share my experience so your fans who find themselves in the same predicament as me can learn from my experience:
I only had almond ground natural i.e. raw and with skin on. So I decided to go ahead with using this, and I kept all the other ingredients same as in the recipe,
I got 12 cookies from dough each weighting about 3 g. I baked them in 2 batches at 175C for 11 to 12 mins. Since I used raw almond with skin on the cookies were darker in colour but it taste wonderful. I hope this info is useful to others.

I made these tonight and trusted you so much that I doubled the recipe. & I'm glad I did!! But I must admit that I added 1/4C Swerve Brown Sugar. Thank you for making this recipe available. I divided the batter up & made 4 different types...regular, multichip, and pecan chip, and added unsweet desiccated coconut. They all came out delicious!!!
These are SO GOOD!! The only thing I suggest is adding a few pecans, they take it way up a notch. TFS 😋
I'm making these today
What I especially love, is your video is short, sweet and to the point. Blessings 😊
They look great, Annie, and I know if you say they’re an even better version, they must be fantastic! Thanks! 💕
They are AWESOME!!!!! Maybe not exactly like I remember a real tollhouse, but they are amazing!!! Best keto chocolate chip cookie I have ever made! Now the problem is trying not to eat the whole batch! THANK YOU!!!!!
These are incredible!!! So authentic and super easy to make. Your directions were 100% on spot.Thank You!! One of my new favs!!!
I've made these cookies today, they are AWESOME! Thanks so much for the recipe!
I made these for Christmas, I added brown sugar and chopped pecans along with more dark chips, and oh boy, they were fantastic 🍪. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful recipes with all of us!! Happy New Year🍾🎉🎆✨️
These are REALLY REALLY REALLY the best keto cookies Ive found and I’ve tried SO MANY!! Congratulations of the perfection!! And thank you very much!! 🎉❤
Hi there! I made these cookies and they came out wonderful. I used Allulose for the sweetener and I didn’t have coconut flour so I substituted tapioca flour and they turned out wonderful. I’m going to buy coconut flour and see how different the texture is. Even though these were absolutely delicious, I didn’t have to flatten them, they spread out the same way regular cookies do. Ty for the recipe ❤
Thank you for another amazing cookie recipe!! 🍪
Ok, I admit it, these are pretty good. We’ve been lazy keto for 3 1/2 years so it’s been that long since I’ve had a tollhouse cookie. I used 1/4 C brown swerve and 1/4 C monkfruit. I like that they aren’t overly sweet like some keto cookie recipes. It’s not a tollhouse by any means but we were pretty happy to eat a couple warm out of the oven. Thank you!
They look pretty tasty. I am going to give them a try. Thank you so much for all of your tutorials. Amen
I do love chocolate chip cookies. Thanks Annie for another easy to make recipe. 😋
I tried your other method of cookies and I was very impressed by it. I can't wait to try this method out
You absolutely nailed this recipe! These cookies give us all the childhood memories 🍪🥰
These were absolutely delicious, made them yesterday with great success. Thank you!
Oh my word!! I made these today and they are quite literally the BEST keto cookies I've ever tasted! Thank you, thank you , thank you for sharing this recipe!
Thank you for the discount and the great recipes
GOT to try these !! I so enjoy the things you make :)) thank you
This recipe also makes 7 large cookies incase anyone was interested😂😂😂 really awesome recipe, 3rd time making and you will love them!
I just made a batch and just had four!! Oh my Goodness these are so good!!😊
Sooo ready to make these!💗 THANK YOU 💓
Omg I just made these, so good! great recipe!! Thank you!
I can't wait to try making them. I need a treat to keep me on track.😁
Honestly just tried it. My new go to recipe. Love it.
I just made some, now I can’t stop eating them and I love that little hint of coconut flavor to it. It added the perfect touch!
Thank you for your video!🙏 Looks amazing! Can’t wait to try and make them!🌟🙂Really love that you explain everything in great detail!❤ Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I knew you looked familiar! I've been using your recipe on the back of the bag! I love them. Thanks for this recipe!
Lol! That’s awesome!
I love love love that you list your ingredients and instructions in your description! By the way can I use a flax egg in place of regular egg I don't like an eggy taste at all
Really Delicious, Thank you Annie!
OMG you are right! This is amazing and perfect!(just made it and eating) Thank you
Another one to look forward to baking 😍 hope you can have a metric measurement too ♥️
Made these! Thank's for the help🎉
I must admit how hard this must be to make recipies for the low carb world. I attempt to shy away from almond flour because of oxalate. Others can't stand the taste of coconut flour. I abhor the taste of flax seed and psyllium husk... can do too much wheat gluten while others have no problems or may be totally allergic...omg!!! I am so thankful for all of you putting up with and trying to help us...!! Ty...
I understand the oxalate is in the brown shells of the almond nuts. That is why best to choose blanched almonds where that shell has been removed.
Carol32547 Please don’t use God’s name in vain. God bless you.
@@conniedetevis2119 👍🏾
@@lydiawall4018 I dont believe it makes a difference. Might lessen the oxalates slightly but it's still high in oxalates according to any expert on the subject. Sally k Norton. Stephanie person.
So did you make these? What did you think? I also don't care for almond and coconut flour
I add i Tbsp of gelatine. It helps keep them soft and chewy longer
Great idea!
*Delicious looking cookies. Thank you very much for a fantastic recipe* 😊
Thanks!
I made it and it was pretty good! I replaced 1/4 cup of the almond flour with walnut flour and loved it! The crumb was better and I liked the walnut flavor too.
OMGosg... I just finished baking these, and they look AMAZING. Now I can't wait to sink my teeth into them 😋
Annie,
I'm making for the second time your chicken cordon Bleu recipe and have added the white wine. Boy did that take it up a huge knotch!! Dry Farm wines, suggested by Dr. MindyPelz are a good selection if you want to look those up. The cookies, we're good but I could still taste the coconut flour in them. Yet, love your videos and ideas. Thank you so much :)
I made these this morning they are super yummy thank you ever so much for a listing your ingredients and the recipe in your description that means the world to me
Im glad you liked the recipe!! 🤗
Yummy. I appreciate your short videos, really hate long videos that don't get to the point. Thanks.
I just made them. They are REALLY good. Best keto chocolate chip recipe I’ve made.
I followed your steps to making these cookies and boy did they come out great 🔥🔥🔥 for my first time ever baking something from scratch I think Gordon Ramsey would be proud 😂
😂😂😂
These came out great, thanks!
I'm making them now...only thing I am doing differently is splitting the sweetener between white and golden since the original toll house recipe uses white and brown sugar. Fingers crossed!
Please give me verdict , I’m making some tonight, how did the split workout? I have both sweeteners. 🤗
Yes, please share your results, I’m planning on making them tonight as well.
@@tanyawins See my update above. They are DEEEELICIOUS!!!
@@melissachisholm4264 See my update above. They are DEEEELICIOUS!!!
A very small amount of molasses (maybe a tablespoon) added to just white sweetener gets the same effect without adding much in the way of carbs.
Thank you… love the recipe. Best tasting chocolate chip cookies I’ve had doing keto…..
What a terrific video. I’m very impressed with your presentation, nice visuals and the perfect amount of talking and the recipe. I can’t wait to try it, and I’m going to order some of those chocolate chips. Thank you for having a link for sugar alcohol free products. Sugar alcohol tears my stomach up and it is the only option in so recipes.
Just made these. Wow! Taste just like toll house. Thank u. I modified only the sugar. Went with 11g. Allulose (for browning) and filled the rest of the 1/2 c. Measure with SF pyure. Great job gal.
Can't wait to try these!
We love this recipe and a friend of mine who has been doing keto for about 4 years said she has never tasted a better keto chocolate chip cookie than yours! :-)
❤
Thanks for posting!!! Will definitely try to make some!!!
Yes! These are so good
@@KetoFocus Just made some!!!! They REALLY ARE GOOD!!! OMG!!! So GLAD that I found your channel and recipe!!!! So moist!!!
I was pleasantly surprised….will surely make again
Just made this and they are the bombdiggity!!!!! 😀 Super yum!!! You brought your A-game!! Thank you!!! 😀😀😀😀
These are really good. Better than other keto cookies I have tried.
My husband likes them. Need to double the choc. chips though.
I just made them; it’s a winner! Thanks
Also, thanks for sharing the old recipe too.
I will be trying these cookies, yum
I just made these and wow, they're amazing! I did however use serve brown sweetener. Thanks for yet another great recipe!
Im glad you liked the recipe!! 🤗
I used this to make a skookie and I’m blown away! I switch between ketogenic diet and hormone feasting depending on where I’m at in my cycle. I just thought I’d have to suffer through the ketogenic days but this is AMAZING!!!!
Yum they are very good! I added a tablespoon of cashew butter and they were awesome!
Oooo I have all the ingredients! Been wanting a cookie for so long…gonna do it! Thanks
Just tried these tonight. They’re really delicious. With the small Pampered Chef scoop I got 36 cookies. Thank you! Hit the spot for craving a chocolate chip cookie.
Just made them today thanks came out great
I have tried to print many of your recipes with no luck. I find it easier to have a hard copy in front of my face
Great cookie recipe, satisfied my craving!!
Im glad you liked the recipe!! 🤗
Oh MY!!!!! These are actually great cookies..keto or not! Best recipe I've tried!!!
These are the only keto dessert that tastes as good as the original!!! Wow!!
These are the best and you would never guess they are keto they are just so good it’s hard to not eat all of them 🤩
Yummy can’t wait to try them
tried it yesterday and they are really good and easy
This is a good recipe and EASY! My husband does not like coconut but I think he’ll like these cookies. Thanks!
Wonderful ❤️ Enjoy the recipe
Delicious 😋. Made them today. I used Stevia instead! Perfection !! Thank you ❤
Baked these today, first keto cookie I have made. Light and fluffy, I can taste the coconut but that's not problem for me. Delicious!
Wonderful! I’m so glad you like the recipe. I want to try substituting the coconut flour with oat fiber and see if that makes a difference on flavor and texture.
I made these today with white chocolate chips and they are so good that I need to either hide them from my husband or make another batch!!!!!!!! I think he has had 3 so far!
They are pretty good.
Thank you.
Im glad you liked the recipe!! 🤗
I JUST made these for my MIL and they are SO good! I added 1/2 cup golden Lacanto sugar in addition and they spread a bit more than I expected them to, but still tasted really good! Keto really isn't hard when you have recipes like this to keep that sweet tooth satisfied!
I added a quarter cup of crushed unsalted pecans. Worked very well!
Thank you so much for this recipe. It is by far the BEST keto chocolate chip cookie recipe on this worldwide web. Thank you so so much. The coconut flour makes all the difference in the world.❤❤❤❤❤😊
Wonderful! Im glad you liked the recipe!! 🤗
The BEST keto chocolate chip cookie recipe. Thank you!!!!
You are so welcome! Glad you liked it!!
Nothing better!! I've tried them all...
Made these tonight. They have some coconut aftertaste so not sure about the claim regarding the coconut flour. Perhaps I needed to mix more or use another sweetener or chips. I went with erithrotol / mokkfruit blend and Lily's semi-sweet chips and these turnred out ok but didn't meet expectations. The texture is also a tad grainy. I recall with coconut flour it's advised to let dough rest for a biit, maybe next time will do that.
Yummy this I have to try your to cute😘 congrats on being on the back of choc zero bag🥰
Love❤ the cookie spatula. There's no links to where you got it. Would you please share🙏💞
Salty and sweet. They are delicious. Nice recipe. I use the Hersheys zero sugar chips. Cheaper than most and taste good. About the same carb as all the rest. Also tried Sugar RX because it was all I could get my hands on at short notice for Allulose. Very big and grainy but it worked fine.
Great Recipe, just made them. They are delicious! No coconut flour taste, good structure. Definitely the Choc Zero chocolates it is amazing! I don't like the sugar alcohols it leaves a after taste, but this recipe is just right taste. Thanks so much now I don't have to feel guilty for eating a cookie!
Im glad you liked the recipe!! 🤗
I just made these. They were delicious 😉
Love these !!! How long can I keep them for?
I made it today, it still taste good but your version of chocolate chip cookies 3 years ago is our favorite! I super love that recipe. You're Fantastic! Taste like not KETO at all recipes!
From the Philippines 😇😇😇 xoxo ❤️🧡❤️
Is it possible to share the recipe from three years ago with us?
I made these last night and here is the results. Cookies came out softer than I expected. After leaving them to "firm up" over the night then they were firm enough to pick up nicely but not at all hard. Taste was very good and glad I gave them a try. Anybody else have cookies that were too soft? If so what did you do?
My batch of cookies were really soft and broke apart too, leaving them out over night seem to have been the trick to get them to hold together.
I just made mine. They came out very soft as well. They taste great! I will leave them overnight and see.
Hi! Love your videos (: Do you have any suggestions for the amount of coconut flour I should use if I can’t use almond flour due to a nut allergy. Is it 1:1? Thanks!!
You are on the package!!! You have arrived. :)
I made these they tasted delicious! First ones I’ve made that tasted great. However, I used coconut sugar , they were very difficult to hold together and slightly damp underneath. I put them back in for a bit longer I think they were cooked enough just still a bit soggy. I think I’ll add some xanthan gum next time. They are definitely delicious though x
Can you do a video on what are the best keto baking ingredients to have on hand? Flours, sweeteners, etc?
And when will ChocZero chips be back in stock???
I don’t know! I was disappointed they were out. I went to order some yesterday. They do restock often around once a week so check back next friday
I made Victoria's keto kitchen recipe they were so overly sweet I threw them out, but these were the right amount of sweetness. I find many keto recipes with too much sweetener and not enough salt but your are always balanced.
Thank you for this. Yes man you nailed it lol. I’ve never made chocolate chip cookies keto style but even my husband loved them.
Would you know the cholesterol percent per cookie? My little grandson has elevated levels and I’m trying to help him still have goodies without the high cholesterol .
Oh! Wow! Delicious I did the are so good thank I!
