- Frog Pose is a great stretch for low back pain relief and hip pain relief! It also has other health benefits including:
- Opens hips, chest, and shoulders
- Strengthens core muscles
- Stretches your knees and ankles
- Reduces stress and anxiety
How to do Frog Pose:
1. Start on your hands and knees.
2. Take your knees as wide as your flexibility allows.
3. Point your toes outwards and open your feet wider than your knees.
4. To deepen the stretch, move your hips back towards your heels.
5. Hold for 15-20 seconds while taking deep breaths and repeat 3-5x a day.
6. Stop if it causes pain!
