After being demoted soly because of bullying, the manager wants the team to apply what I installed for the past several years. Should I help the 2 coworkers involved in the bullying or should I take a step back and focus on my current position and working with the rest of my teammates?
I'm sorry to hear you when through this. Being bullied is really unfair and difficult to manage emotionally. I'd lean on asking my manager to clearly define what they expect of you. Is there an expectation you support your former bullies? If that's the case I'd be sure to ask how your manager (and theirs) will support your mutual success and contribute to a healthy work environment. It's not fair to send you into that space without solid support and clear expectations. Good luck :)
