You didn't even mark up the $21,000 in materials you have to buy, coordinate and deliver and just billed time? Based on those dates, It looks like the job took 17 days. A profit of $15,277, you profited $898.64 per day gross. You could run 3 guys mowing lawns and profit that amount per day. In fact your net profit is less because i don't see the fuel you would have burned trucking all that materials around, apply your maintenance /storage and insurance overhead and your real net profit is less than mowing lawns with 3 guys. A single handed home handyman running out of a F150 can easily make $1000 per day profit by himself. I know your probably going to get but hurt a bit but all I'm saying wow. you are cheap as chips, and do insanely good quality work for almost free. I suppose if you have three jobs at the same time then you make up a bit in volume but still that's a huge operation with huge risk, liability, for those numbers. As well you need to hold the liability for the warranty too. Crazy.
You are 100% correct. My dad was the business head vp in the executive suite for a now Fortune 500 company. His friend was the P, the CREATIVE guy. It took both of them to make the start-up bloom + prosper.
this is the first time . That ive said watching your videos ," thats a lot of work for that price ," im sure like you said. The math adds up! However, this seemingly small project. Did require a lot of tedious hand labor etc. ! Great work!
Would love to see a video on what investments you’re buying to grow your net worth outside of applewood. Cardone capital? Stocks? Gold? Love the vids T
Correct me if I am wrong; some of those chickens maybe rhode island reds. They are known to lay a lot of eggs. With the price of eggs lately that is profit in their backyard.
Sorry T I'm not the one to try an correct ppl. However your referred to a brick amd mortar business as a service business. A brick and mortar business is considered as a actually store front location where customers come to as a customer during hours of operation.
Are profit margins that low in California for a company the size of yours? I remodel swimming pools in south Fl and my profits are in the 50-55% range. 20k on my last 40k job. Just wondering cause some cali builders here say pools/ landscaping jobs go for double the price over there.
T is all over the place with his pricing and profits. I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t even own applewood and was a paid actor for UA-cam he genuinely comes off as scripted
Agreed, designing is a pain in the ass. And it never ends. And most clients expect a free design !!!
This is an awesome job, great video !!
thanks :-)
7:12 Me: "How'd you know?!" 🤣 it's literally my only break time and I spend it productively watching your videos to learn lol
🎯 NOT sure what I 👍like more, the DETAIL or the TRANSPARENCY of your videos! THE videos are GREAT learning TOOLS!!!!!!!!!
Glad you like them!

This has gotta be nominated for the most not understood comment of the year. Makes no sense
Not bad, but I would have profited $15,000 and one dollar. $15,001.00.
You executed an awesome job.
Hi T. 15k after paying employees as well? Thank you.
Nice looking installation. What is the name of the software?

What did he use for the roof on the pergola?
That round slab should have been a koi pond
