- When we first got to this job, it was CHAOS! house wasn't built, there was no walk way to get anyway, it was just a dirty mud fest. But, with a lot of long long hours, and very patient employees, we some how managed to pull it off with the designer satisfied, and the homeowner THRILLED! It's pretty cool what you can do when you build the right team, if you want jobs like this, focus on building out a great team on the field and in the office. If you want the blueprint on how to do this, get in Goat Gang, I'll personally show you myself.

Hey Tigran, I went to Goat Gang and I really want to join! But honestly I am having a child in the next few days, and I literally just started paying health insurance at $260/mo…adding to my other bills..I hope to one day be able to join your team. I have my own business in Mass, and I do a lot of landscaping which I love! I just need help getting to the next level, I see a lot of other landscapers that have all those big, expensive equipment and I literally tell myself “one day.” I’ve been in business since 2019, and went from my first landscape job at $130. And I have jobs that are like $2-$5k, which is great. But I want to be able to work so hard that my wife can just take care of our daughter and not worry about money, I have like high school kids working sometimes, but I’m so worried about having people work that I do everything myself, and I know that that is not okay. I just need help, and I can’t afford the goat gang at this time, but I will be able to soon! Thank you for the motivation!
T let him in for 6 months for free
Guatemalans are you best bet, great hard workers. Get you a bilingual guy to help relay what has to get done.
Your worried about people working? Don’t get it.

You should try NOCO STORM poly sand or easysand. It’s a game changer and will never pop from the joints
from 11:00-11:20 , did they forget to add the cement on the side of the paver?
What was the big hole in front of the garage for?
Trynna get like this man
Love your openes, humor.
Great advice. Also modest enough to accept your faults and skills you have and don't have.
You did great work on that job, congrats on getting bigger and bigger jobs. Where do you get your white shirts? I'm wanting to get some but in high visibility green. But I have not seen a lot of shirt companies doing american flag patch on shoulders.
Track loader from 1983 😅🤣😂
Hey man glad you're doing well I met you at expo last year... you guys always use stone dust? We do but a lot of people switching for 3/8th clean. Any thoughts?
3/8ths clean is good for wet climates with a freeze/thaw cycle. Stone dust/processed gravel with concrete sand is fine for warm climates as long as you’re managing water run off and getting it away from pavers.
what was the reason behind all those layers of compaction in front of the carport?
Might've been for drainage
Too many guys moving too quick = more mistakes
Hi Tigran, my boss would like to be a guest speaker on your next webinar. are you open to discuss this opportunity?
👍
Damn u only been in business for 7 years and making big moves 👍 thats wusup...
9dlls plus whatever you pay the operator
Imagine calling Android users losers and losing jobs because of that. 🙄
first
Your either complaining about customers complaining or contractors bad work so what the problem the customers or contractors? Not a good look if your running a business. And your paying about minimum wage?
Guess I'm a loser 😢
Hey dad
No you're not.
Ask yourself what step or approach have you taken to improve your service.
@@Marrvmastery I sand floors for a living - a wood floor mechanic - trying to keep a dust free environment is a top priority
He’s right though. Anyone with an Android is a loser
Noodle arm T!
You can see right away they did not compact the soil in layers. they dumped like 4 ft then packed it. Typical hack job. This is why it failed later. Bad prep work. Typical cutting corners by lazy hacks
He did own it and fixed it.
