  • When we first got to this job, it was CHAOS! house wasn't built, there was no walk way to get anyway, it was just a dirty mud fest. But, with a lot of long long hours, and very patient employees, we some how managed to pull it off with the designer satisfied, and the homeowner THRILLED! It's pretty cool what you can do when you build the right team, if you want jobs like this, focus on building out a great team on the field and in the office. If you want the blueprint on how to do this, get in Goat Gang, I'll personally show you myself.

    Hey Tigran, I went to Goat Gang and I really want to join! But honestly I am having a child in the next few days, and I literally just started paying health insurance at $260/mo…adding to my other bills..I hope to one day be able to join your team. I have my own business in Mass, and I do a lot of landscaping which I love! I just need help getting to the next level, I see a lot of other landscapers that have all those big, expensive equipment and I literally tell myself “one day.” I’ve been in business since 2019, and went from my first landscape job at $130. And I have jobs that are like $2-$5k, which is great. But I want to be able to work so hard that my wife can just take care of our daughter and not worry about money, I have like high school kids working sometimes, but I’m so worried about having people work that I do everything myself, and I know that that is not okay. I just need help, and I can’t afford the goat gang at this time, but I will be able to soon! Thank you for the motivation!

    You did great work on that job, congrats on getting bigger and bigger jobs. Where do you get your white shirts? I'm wanting to get some but in high visibility green. But I have not seen a lot of shirt companies doing american flag patch on shoulders.

    Hey man glad you're doing well I met you at expo last year... you guys always use stone dust? We do but a lot of people switching for 3/8th clean. Any thoughts?

    • @Treehandler
      @Treehandler 10 місяців тому +1

      3/8ths clean is good for wet climates with a freeze/thaw cycle. Stone dust/processed gravel with concrete sand is fine for warm climates as long as you’re managing water run off and getting it away from pavers.

    You can see right away they did not compact the soil in layers. they dumped like 4 ft then packed it. Typical hack job. This is why it failed later. Bad prep work. Typical cutting corners by lazy hacks
