Bro we are in cali. Dont build any retaining wall, over 12" with no permits, also an engineer would do the designs for 1500 to 2k you pay 500 in permits than you really covered your butt.
I got fk recently on a 2 foot wall, my footing were 3 ft by 24 on a slope , anyways had to rip it all out and re do it with legit plans.
There goes my 20k wall u.u

Retaining wall is 4'+ higher for engineering/building permits in california, or if its supporting more than soil loading. (this one is supporting a hot tub and needs a building inspection and engineered plans but tigran doesnt know that.

My cousins owns a couple restaurants there “Rosie’s”. Go hv a burrito on me! Kidding! Ask for Bryan he might need to spend a Hondo Hundred or 2 on some grass & and a tree?
Everyone I know moved from there? To expensive all woked up!
I am certain if I moved my contractor business (finish) I could do well? What’s the point Tiger? Money? Ok take what you need! What is the key to life? U tell me? Where do I go? I needs to know Tiger

@@TigranGertz Rosie’s in SJ is owned by my 1st cousin really a nice place to get a lunch!!
What you hv is a “Wet Saw” not a table Saw !
Wet Saws are used by tile contractors and some landscapers!
These Saws cost to much considering they use very expensive blades!
And most the guys using them are not what I call safety conscious ? In a hurry , dirty environment , most are not experienced users!
For example when they (framers / finishers make hundreds of cuts or even thousands they hv dedicated cut men! Only the run the saws it’s their saw for the day or week whatever? That way in a couple jobs everyone is a pro!
Bottom line with your work force (mostly labors ; not skilled pros that’s why u pay them what you do).
So your gonna hv more accidents like these!
In big Cabinets shops we run Saw Stops? Look up the technology behind it?? U can not cut your hand off even if you tried??
Nice equipment but Tiger brush up on the new stuff! And keep your ppl who hv never ran a saw or been a cut man away from them!
