Loved the dancing in between sets😂 I love your workouts Roxanne. I have enjoyed moving using kettlebells, versus traditional dumbbell weightlifting moves. I know the moves aren't unique to kettlebells , but I've just loved how your programming works. Thank you #upperbody #kettlebells

I would continue with the movement without weight and work your way up to weights. You can also hold the weight in the other hand. You can also reduce the depth. Make sure your hips are hinging backwards too. There isn’t a direct swap but you can try a kneeling windmill. Or if you really don’t want to do it, you can always do a wood chop instead. ❤️☺️
Perfect if you want to skip the chest exercises and focus on the rest of the upper body. 💪🏼

Those windmill exercises are very difficult. Is there an alternative exercise please.
