As long as you’re not having a break/rest when your arms touch it’s ok for them to briefly be in contact with the ground. Hope you’re enjoying the workouts lovely 🥰

I really enjoy unilateral! Thank you for this workout. I paired it with a 30 chest workout. I used 30lbs and 15lbs for the duration.
