How to Insert Music and Gap Clips at Beginning of Composition in Descript

How can you insert music at the beginning of a Descript composition, by shifting the speech and adding some space to allow for the music to play without overpowering the voice?
I cover the process of making room for the music track by dragging it onto the video track, ensuring it doesn't overlap with the speech part of the video. I further explains how to introduce a gap at the beginning either by sliding the first word to create a freeze frame or by adding a gap clip, a feature designed to act as a spacer with no audio or video content.
Finally, I show you how to adjust the duration of the gap clip to meet specific needs.
