💚We Greeks have a similar cookie/ biscuit. Its called 'Kourabiethes'' . We also add grated orange rind in it and cognac. Or u can use burbon. We use crushed almonds. I personally prefer almond meal. Its easier to work with and its distributed evenly throughout the biscuit. 🍹

Hi Joe you have a great channel! So was wondering if you know how to make Fiadone
with the Bra cheese. My mother used to make them when we were kids and miss it so
much. She would make them like hand held half moons. If you have an idea would you
mind doing an episode. Would really appreciate it. Thanks Joe.

It is called “vaniliás kifli” in Hungarian and it’s terrible ; you eat one after another and there is no way to stop it!😅😅
