I did that one just for the pigeon at the end. Love it!! The more I weight train the tighter everything gets....exercise is like a curse and a blessing. I wish I could find a happy medium. I don't have time to stretch for hours each day but I feel like thats what my body needs. Either way doing your videos continues to keep me injury free which I really appreciate! Thanks Sean!

First time on your channel 1st time really stretching and doing yoga for me thank you for this. It really helped. This was hard for me, but that just means I’m really excited about doing this consistently and getting better.
Today, I decided I’m kind of on my last straw for fitness so I’m really changing myself and my lifestyle. Tired of being out of shape and making excuses. Nothing in my life is ok rn so I’m just going to try and focus my energy. I carry a huge weight on my shoulders, responsibilities, taking care of everyone, depressed. You get it. So I’m gonna try and change that and to lose all this weight I will start doing OMAD (one meal a day). While I deal with everything in my life.🎉

Sooo helpful!!! I’m a girl but I work on screens as a music producer and dj so your words and exercises were perfect. I also play violin and my shoulders and neck are stiffer than most people and this really helped
Found some things difficult to follow as a beginner, couldn’t see what you were doing when on the floor the opposite way to the screen but found the stretches were really good
Nice to see more men getting into yoga but I much prefer a more traditional flow with more variation, asanas, etc and maybe something more intermediate to advanced. I think more breathing and placement cues would also help, especially in this beginner type flow. Also, nothing wrong with leaning into the spiritual aspects of yoga, with some affirmations or emphasizing self love and gratitude. Men need this too, maybe even more than today’s women.
Good luck on that house on the lake. Yoga in the back yard with the woods behind me in my apartment was pretty nice this morning. And the landlord just cut the grass. Awfully nice of him!
FWIW, I’m a total beginner, don’t do yoga, but have been doing this video twice a day for a month and it has been life changing. I’m getting better at it everyday. And I almost have all the dad jokes memorized! 😂
