I was at slane castle this the best concert I've ever been to remarkable night. Slane was an outdoor gig how could you have a castle in the background in a stadium.
You have to see the live version of “with or without you” where he takes a young girl out of the audience and lies down next to her on the stage. So moving.

U2's producers always hated how bad Bono was at completing lyrics (whole albums would be held up) but they loved his ability to come in and completely nail it in one take. He's an underrated vocalist.

Massive live success and stadium tours in the 90s ... unfortunately the line between good public communication and exaggerated kitsch is narrow. What ends impressively here turns into Bono's stadium screaming during the musically fascinating transition (but really a no-go to stop here) until he orients himself vocally again; for me there are many better versions of Streets Later he acquired unnecessary vocal acrobatics, especially live - to put it politely. If you like it, you will look forward to March 17th.

I was a huge fan in the eighties saw them live 4 times after 91 they getting bored musical stadium rock but this is a great live version too
