MMB-MAX incompatible with Mach-E's new UI

#shorts Joyeauto's MMB-MAX is a great little device -- but it doesn't work yet with Ford's new UI refresh. Hopefully Joyeauto will fix this soon with a software update.

My 2023 Mach.e Select dose not have this new software update! Is this software only for GT? I do like the 360 video icon close to home and settings.

Do you have any content on installing the unit. I would love to watch Netflix while I charge or any video. UA-cam Hulu etc. I see it’s not compatible now but it seems to work if you get lucky with the touch target.

Joyeauto had me send them logs -- they pledge to fix this after the Chinese New Year holiday. Stay tuned for what box I recommend and how to set it up!

I contacted them on WhatsApp, they asked for logs, then ignored me 😕

Actually ..... they just responded and apparently fixed it. I haven't tried this yet, but fix is up at www.joyeauto.com/support/upgrade/

And they were wrong -- the version on their support page is old and does not support the resolution. Still pinging them to fix this
