Laughlin has always been a cool, funky town.

Matt! Great riding content here. My dad added to his gear back in the day, a cut and a pair of chaps he found in an old leather shop there in Oatman. And that riding is sensational, nothing like riding out West.

@@FullTankAdventures you always find the best trails to ride. Went back and re-watched your trip out of snow covered Denver to get further out west to ride Million Dollar Highway again down to Durango. So good, have ridden that three times on the bike, always enjoy the stop in Silverton for lunch and a beer. (Note: That Silverton train which leaves Durango to Silverton and back twice a day, is the Original train used by Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid)… I’ve got to spend a little more time in Ouray. Great looking rooftop restaurant there on main street I’d love to check out.

@@DeBa1226 I want to spend more time there as well, particularly with an ADV bike. From the Million Dollar Highway there is a dirt trail through the mountains to Telluride. I want to ride that so badly.

@@FullTankAdventures I’ve seen that, I think Sandoval cut thru on an ADV bike. Seems I recall you best have an A-game as it’s pretty treacherous in spots.

Flipping through UA-cam channels and I find what I've been missing....
Needing to take a trip soon.
Back in the summer of 2020 we followed Route 66 (as much as we could) through NM (stayed at Blue Swallow), no waiting for nice hotels.
We hit Edwards AFB, through NV, UT, CO (Aspin, CO Springs), WY, SD, ND, MN, WI, MI..... great ride.
    Love it out West.

This was a January ride. Little chilly but not bad for two MN boys.

Hi. You ever ride this route going the other direction? I'm planning on it in the next month or so and thinking of going the LV Laughlin Oatman Kingman LV direction.

Actually I haven't, I've only ridden it from Kingman to Oatman. But it would be beautiful either way.
