Thank you for taking us along for the ride. Great footage and soundtrack. Wonderful escape for those of us who are still experiencing late winter weather. Thanks again.
That was relaxing. Love the beautiful desolation of Arizona. My folks moved to the Prescott area in 1976, so I’ve seen a lot of the state on many visits.
Loved this episode, Angelo... You covered that iconic section of RT66 like no other I have seen. The music at the beginning was perfect. Beautiful weather too! Lovely riding at the best time of the year. Thanks for sharing. Gord
Paused at 2:56 to ask: Is that a pedal steel in the song as you ride in to the rock shop, or is someone doing that with a slide? Always makes my morning when I see you've posted up. (I do miss the laugh out loud ride reports on ADV though...)
Nice road bike. As much as you complain about your smaller bikes in the loose or wet stuff, I think the extra size and weight won’t be fun. But I’m of the school that it’s more fun to drive a smaller bike fast than it is to drive a big bike slow. Also my age and injury history makes it stupid for me to try and wrestle with a top heavy, over wight bike. IMO… You seemed to point out more scenery and have more commentary on your other bikes…. Still watching though. Wish you the best!
After reading what Wikipedia had to say about the phrase tally-ho, I am not sure you are using it at the right time. But your delivery is solid--maybe keep tally-ho, but save it for a different context?
I dunno Ang, kinda miss the random self-convos in the one. I will say the Guzzi fits your vibe, though may take some getting used to NOT hearing from Ass.

I think I’m gonna randomly say talyhooo when my wife asks me something. Can you grab some grocery’s this week. Tally hoooo. Can you pick up the dogs from the groomers. Tally hoooo. Did you have a good time fishin today. Tally hooo. Etc. I would look it up on Wikipedia but I don’t want to ruin it. Also. Let’s have a look around that bike. I like ol school vibe bikes. Currently have the RE but also a Harley. I’ve owned a lot of different brands over the years. Dirt. Trials. Street and now adventure. I’m thinking that engine on your rental has been around for a while. 70s? I rarely see one these days. Kinda like finding a warm dinosaur turd. Carry on bud. I like your videos.
I love the taly ho plan with your wife. She's probably not going to like it much at all. Man I wish that first days footage existed - I have a full on tour of the bike and all that. Right on - thanks for checking out the vids!
What a beautiful landscape, and interesting people. 👍
The hard work you've put into the production value of this series is evident. Thanks for sharing!

I got so lucky with the weather. That will change of course- but…. What an insane part of the country… awesome…
I like the format changeup. This flowed really well from start to finish.
thx! trying to mix it up just a bit...
Beautiful ride and footage. Thanks. You seem very confident and comfortable on the Moto Guzzi! Good for you!
That is one smooth running bike!!
It is!
That gas station is in the Mojave Desert not far from Edwards AFB. My home away from home for 4 years.
Tallyhoooooo ! I love it ! It makes me laugh 😂.
Tally nooooooo!😮
My old neighborhood! I’ve ridden those roads many times. You can see first hand what a shock it was to move from there to Asheville 😮
The desert is weird in the best possible way. Love it!

Great episode, beautiful footage, and I love the new Wikipedia feature. :D
I nominate the cat for best supporting actor in this video.
Nice ride! Love the bike. But, sadly, I was waiting for Ass to report in! 😉
Ass is never far away…
@@SomeGuyRides True. The seat must’ve been comfortable, Because at times, like when you were on the TAT, he’s usually quite a bit more verbal. 😜
Your best video yet. Really enjoyed it. Thanks! Still liking the Guzzi?
Love it!
Haha literally just rode through Oatman today.
tallyhooooooo. I'm hoping a review of the V85 is forthcoming. I am seriously looking at this bike.
Worth a look. It’s a special bike…
@@SomeGuyRides Did you buy one?
LOL, sorry, brother, my wife is still giving a "hard no" to the new catch phrase.
What does your wife know?! If she’s like my wife- probably quite a lot. She’s right of course.
Whoaaaah....the rock selling dude had a gun... to prevent people from stealing rocks?
That fire agate is some pricey stuff!
Everybody that lives in the middle of the desert has guns. It’s a necessary tool for the environment.

Angelo... were you able to recover the lost footage?
Gord
Unfortunately no. Bummer.

I read somewhere that it’s a call to the hounds to go after the prey. It almost makes sense… close enough for UA-cam!
How do you think the V85 would be on Hurricane ⚡ , or shad ? 🤔
NOPE!
I dunno Ang, kinda miss the random self-convos in the one. I will say the Guzzi fits your vibe, though may take some getting used to NOT hearing from Ass.
Just creating some room for The Ass Returns!
You are doing something I dream of doing how much does the bike cost per day?
It was only $79/day. Cheapest one they offer…

Too quiet. We need feedback on the Guzzi.
That damn missing footage… short version: I love it…
