restoring a 1994 ls 400 currently, glad to see other people are STILL building these
thats awesome!
Looks like I’ll be getting max coilovers
nice! my only complaint so far is the suspension bottoms out pretty easily. stiffer springs would fix that. it doesn't bother me all that much so imma just rock it👍🏻 lmk how it goes!
crazy the difference just coilovers and rims make for this car. Got mine two weeks ago
I know right! absolute game changer man. thats awesome! what year??
Love your ride height. Right where I will be putting mine. But think I am going with the T6 units with dampening adjustments. Great job once the lex looks great. And congrats one award.
these coilovers have dampening adjustment on them as well! I appreciate it man, I really like the height as well. thank you!! let me know how they turn out!
What are the specs of your rims and tires. Weight and offset
18×8 +35 offset on my wheels
tires are 225/40ZR18 92W
Wow 🎉.
I love lexus 400
me too!!
Bought these for my 94 ls400 and seriously they are the worst coilovers i've had. Spring rate was wrong for the front ones and the bushings were shots after a summer of driving.
yeah they bottom out very very easily. but im okay with it for now. I cant afford anything else
I'd be thinking of putting a Jzx100 body kit on it from Kunnyz or any drift style for it but i personally dont like VIP styles they look boring compared to drift style
agreed. if I had that much money to throw at this car there would be a lot of things already done but it just hasn't worked out that way haha
was thinking about getting these but also maxxing them out, how low do you think itll be off the groud?
if u have the different sleeve like I had to get you could slam it as low as you want pretty much. the only problem that people struggle with when slamming it with these coilovers is that the springs are not stiff enough and u need to either get different springs or just get a nicer set of coilovers. but if you want to ride at the same height as me or maybe a little lower you could probably make it work
Riding on 18's or 17's? Tires? Typically 18's look the best in my opinion.
I'm on 18s👍🏻
