I have a question for Fiona. Had my hip replacement surgery six weeks ago, so I am still in a recovery period, but slowly adding more activity. I will never be able to do a Warrior or Triangle pose again. Looking among your practices to find one I can do safely. Any suggestions? I have been building a Two Birds play list for about two years.
