"Yomiuri " 3 string guitar

This is a simple 3 string guitar - single coil pickup with volume control, but it has a solid wood top, braced like a jazz guitar, so it's got a fair bit of acoustic volume for such a little box. Decorated with a Japanese "Yomiuri" newspaper and lacquered. It's tuned C G C, with a set of "Zilpha" balanced tension strings, lighter than we usually fit, to achieve this higher pitched tuning..so it's got a great cutting tone.
