I love my Scat Pack but yeah I would definitely enjoy bigger paddles. That said, they still work really well.
Some of them come with it. I’ve seen Scat Packs and Daytonas with the SRT sterling wheel.

Everyone LOVES my torque red new Scat Pack Widebody! They ALWAYS say the bright red is just so cool! Everyone has different tastes regarding what color is best for this car.

MOPARGuy Yeah i understand why Dodge did it for more front venting, but 50K for a car with no fog lamps is ridiculous. Plus it makes the car look V6 ish in the front.

Great video my man, I agree with everything you reviewed. I’ve had my 19 charger scat pack for almost a year now and love this car so much. It’s a great comfy car with gobs of power, a great daily driver. Honestly I think the hellcat is just to much power for normal everyday driving.

These cars are definitely about value for money since they have been produced for such a long time they can do that, and they should do more. These cars get better every year regardless of being an ancient, heavy platform. This is what happens when something is continuously evolved by passionate engineers and product planners who are allowed to do what they want by management. The other side of this is that all these packages are about increasing profit because producing the cars now costs far less than it did 15 years ago. Some items are a value (packages to entice buyers) some are expensive because it’s guaranteed to be optioned (sunroof).
Completely agree with this. It may be old, but it’s more refined than ever. And packages are the only things that will nickel and dime you (good room for negotiation at the dealer)

Same doesn’t have to be a wide body for me though all that’s required on my end is that 392 and a black body and I’ll be in heaven.
I bought a black one yesterday, a 2021 certified pre owned with black carbon stripes. Beautiful, beautiful car with nearly ALL the optional packages except carbon fiber and the suede headliner. Taking delivery next week. I see a lot of them with that aftermarket rear diffuser. I don't care for that but I do like those aftermarket 5" exhaust tips.
Just bought that same car today, color and everything. I spent 20 minutes looking for the gas cap release on the interior 🤦🏿♂️ Thanx😂

I'm not a fan of the 2015 to Current Chargers but I saw a wide body at the dealership that thing was clean! It's crazy to think that just giving it a wide body made it look mean! Because I always thought this generation of Chargers had a European look

Great video! I'm thinking about getting a widebody 392 as my next daily driver. I currently have an Audi S4 and while I absolutely love it, my kids don't have a lot of back seat room and I need something a little bigger w 4 doors and sporty. There isn't much out there and I know the Dodge interior won't come close to the Germans. But that 392 V8 and 305s all around is enticing. One thing that really bothers me about the Charger and Challenger, is the pedal for the parking brake! It's 2023 they should all be electronic by now for crying out loud...

They don’t blink in person, it’s just the LED frequency captured by the camera

I have an awd 2014 charger RT max. I have always said that I will only get a scatpack when dodge makes them in AWD. Even after test driving a hellcat, Im still unimpressed. My RT max has more features (no climate controlled cupholders in hellcat). Tazer gave me all the srt screens.

Challenger scat pack wb is the real champ
The price minus the wide body add on for the scat pack makes this a good price vs the competition just in power alone. I love the sound of the v8 but the ct5 v has more luxury and would probably be a better daily driver.
I owned a Scatpack Charger, upgraded to a Tesla model 3 performance which is the same price as this vehicle you tested. Never going back to a normal car ever again. Self driving, faster 0-60 time then 99% of cars, and I don’t have to spend hundreds on gas.
Im thinken of doing the same once my 2021 charger scat pack is in positive equity in a year or 2.
Is it just me or does it seem like the stripes have gotten thinner since the first third gens came out in 2015. I swear they were thicker. Or atleast the gap wasn’t as big between stripes😓
A hand E-brake makes a Moonshiner 180 easier to do!! Not easy, just easier.
I just wish they could figure out how to keep the rear camera from getting dirty after driving it either put a cap on it that lifts up in reverse or something but this drives me nuts about my car
Are at least put in a better camera. My 21 scat pack has the same camera as my 15 RT premium plus had the resolution is horrible. My 20 ram 1500 Laramie had a awesome rear camera that was super clear.

@@Sublight77 if you ever have to back up after you drove through the rain. You would understand. I love driving the car in every aspect but backing up after it is rained. The camera is horrible

@@CosmosExplorer42 It is quite shocking for such a heavy car. I had a regular 2019 regular body scat pack and it handled pretty good and much better then I would have expected. But, the wide body with all the extra rubber and the active suspension is quite amazing for such a big heavy car. I love it!

Cornering is huge for me because I want to feel confident on country roads tearing it up. Because there's a lot of those around here. Thanks for your response!!
@@CosmosExplorer42 I would absolutely get one. I have had a Camaro, TransAm, 3 Mustangs and nothing was as fun as this car. Now, if you are a bit shy it may be a tough world for you. You will get so many people stopping you wanting to talk about the car. I have had people roll down their windows at stop lights and on and on. People will stare to the point it is almost uncomfortable. They are just so much fun.
My 2019 regular body was fun and was ok in the corners. But, the wide body will absolutely get it through the corners.
