    I'm a big fan of the amino acid supplements and the BCAA and I really pack it on while working out and I've gain much muscle and less fatigue or feeling soreness.

    Can I take amino acid tablets or capsules?? How much mg need to take ?? Any side effects?? Thanks

    I take L-Carnosine, L-Citruline, Glutathione, and N-Acetyl Cysteine supliments several times a day because they help clear out the placque and colesterol from my arteries.
    My question is... can they be taken together or do one or more of these need to be taken at a different time of day from the others??

      I wouldnt see why it would be bad since amino acids work together
