    oh, really? I can guarantee that eating a cut of Scotch steak will give you more bio available Leucine than a quasi choc bar loaded with it can. And remember if you are Amino deficient, as many vegans and carb dependents are, in any of the 9 essential Aminos that your body must get from food, ie meat which Leucine is one of, then your your body is UNABLE to utilise any of the 9 aminos in your blood and will burn them off as energy completely failing the repair and build phase that aminos are there for, you cant live a strong healthy life on supplement bars. .....true dat!

    I take L-Carnosine, L-Citruline, Glutathione, and N-Acetyl Cysteine supliments several times a day because they help clear out the placque and colesterol from my arteries. My question is... can they be taken together or do one or more of these need to be taken at a different time of day from the others??

    Cool thanks! How come this will activate the glute for movements in sport that are very different from this movement? Like I presume you are building nervious system pathways to that glute so you can actually use it to a greater extent. But dont you have to activate it in a sport specific motion or does it not matter so long as it has some brain to muscle neuro pathways, you will be able to use it for all its possible motions?

    Hi Justin. The towel is 100% cotton and grommet-free. Per Coach Noss, about 8 years ago, Amino Vital developed the towel to be "caddy-approved." Pros are very particular about their towels, and need one that can be used to wipe down grips and clean grooves in clubs during play. For endurance athletes, the towel is a great sweat absorber, keeping hands slip-free during biking, paddling, and even while lifting weights. Feel free to send us any additional questions.

    Hi Roxiedice! First thing we need to know is what is causing the ankle restrictions. Are they structural or from an prior injury? Any time an exercise causes pain, it should be eliminated or adjusted to be as pain free as possible. If putting a board or lift under your heel makes the pain ease up it may be radiating from the calf muscle being too tight or there may be an issue with your Achilles tendon.

    Coach, I have ankle restrictions that are killing me with proper squat mechanics. I can squat with god form when I use a slight heel lift. Is this advisable while trying to work thorough ankle mobility issues
