Also, don't underestimate just how much damage fully upgraded zombies (Chevrons + tech + redline) can do. With a master necro lord a corpse cart and overcast vanhels. Zombies can get 59 melee attack 33 defense With -77% upkeep
Thanks for the tutorial, I really need to try this someday Playing as the vampires, I always felt that winds of death was just too powerful, to the level that it makes nearly all other spells look weak. Also, this type of armies is probably stronger on difficulties where you cannot pause the game - due to the lower needs of micromanagement and the lower costs of losing an army in case you make a mistake
I love playing Vampire Counts. My only difficulties with zombie-only armies is judging which fights I can pick, and keeping my necro and/or Mortis engine alive from ranged fire.
Yeah, although for some reason the A.I. will sometimes just not target mortis engines, corpse carts always, but with mortis engines there is a 50 50 chance.
I love playing as Helman Ghorst, but sadly you have to fight every battle manually. After some time it is a little bit annoying. I wish autoresolve would recognise strong magic spells better.
Blobbing? Yes and no, as it is much harder to pull off, but it also depends on what your opponent brings, I did use it a few time, but my opponent brought horrible armies and nothing to deal with blobs. Another problem is that there are unit caps for multiplayer battles, so you can only bring a maximum of 5 copies of the same unit, which even further restricts the whole flood your enemy with low value trash. Ultimately multiplayer is very limited in the amount of strategies you can actually use, as anything that doesn't fit the liking of the community will get nerfed/banned, so in the end you always have to bring balanced armies.

Without even seeing this, spells.
Spells and abilities are exactly what I thought before watching as well.
The Blob is love, the blob is life? Unlife? The blob is Blob...
Nice video. I learnt a few things while over 1,000 hours in the WH series 🙂
Love your guides, keep up the great work!
Glad you like them!
This is why I love Ghorst's zombie-tide.... so tanky!
I really like the idea of this kind of videos, well done! Can you make something similar for Bretonnia? Thx!
I can try
How to win using mostly cavalry

Great Vid! Thx
Glad you liked it!
This is the fun of this game😂
Chould you make videos for themed armys? A few combinations you see as fun for multiple parts of the game, to help us making armys
Well, this is sort of a video like that, but I could try, yeah.
Zombie blob vs lord kroak=massive kills on kroak same for any aoe spell

very Heretical! very Khorne would do!
Now what about vampire coast zombies?👁️👁️
I mean they are stronger, but nowhere near as durable or as cheap :P
☠️👍
can i use the same strategy in multiplayer?

The concept of trash buying time and space for the important units to do the work still applies but blobbing and spells are worse.
No autoresolve sadly
