I would say 4bhk of Laburnum is better value for money since it just costs 1.5 to 1.7L per month rent for about 4400 sq ft and about 2 to 2.5L for 6000 sq ft I think, with better arranged living areas (but no comparable view), having been to both Magnolias and Laburnum. Laburnum has a much bigger kitchen for 4bhk, larger bedrooms with bigger attached balconies (but the main balcony is nowhere close to the size of this), comparable amenities (except for conference rooms) though they dont look close to as swanky and has a salon too. Also Laburnum has better ceiling height. But one thing they did not show about Magnolias is the servant's quarters which was a mini-flat with two small bedrooms, a sitting area and a kitchenette- which blew my mind. Great for giving decent living spaces to multiple house helps. Am comparing with Laburnum because of location and familiarity - am sure there are other apartment complexes which would compete even more effectively with Magnolias.
