"Bhasha" in Sanskrit does not mean "vulgar speach". It means "Language" ! :-)

That's because our ancestors (Saka-Yavana/Sunda-Javanese, Malaya-Kamboja-Champa/Malay) are categorized as mleccha (foreigner) by Indian... It was even immortalized as the name of the famous strait, namely the Malacca/Malaka/Melaka Strait... Yups... Malacca-Mleccha-Meluha...
Apart from that, the figure Aji Saka/Ajiwaka/Ajivaka who spread agama tirta, aksara Jawa and the Saka calendar were erased from Indian history... His birthplace is in Kali Serayu river/Bumi Majeti region... Unlike India, Aji Saka is our unifying figure in Indonesia... Jiwa-jawi-sukma-atma 🙏

Bahasha comes from Bhasha of Sanskrit, which means Language in Sanskrit too. Lot of other words used today in Indonesia like Bhumi, Putra, Putri, Dirghaayu all comes from Sanskrit.

Btw bhasa in sanskrit also means "language" not vulgar speech.

Vulgar has two tenses: gross or vernacular. She means the second one. Aka the spoken language understood by all in a same country (and mainly used for ordinary matters). Not the highest level of language (in India, as well in Bahasa Bali, we know that these different levels of languages exist).

Sanskrit wasn't brought to Indonesia, we all were Hindu countries and hence had the same language. You can even check the Indonesian history

Sanskrit is neither Indonesian nor Indian, it is the language of Aryans and it is my language. Do not claim something that belongs to somebody else or else some one will claim Indianoesia is part of India.

@@bikdigdaddy Idiot Indonesia was ruled by an Indian king from south India, definately you are black and brown in color, the yellow skin comes from Indonesian marrying chinese, the religion of Hindusim is also not there in Indonesia, you are 90 percent muslim, all the temple which Indonesia is so proud of were build by Indian, we have thousands of temple like that, even Buddha father and mother were Aryan, Mahabharata and Ramayan is Aryan family history. You do not have the slighest idea who I am, otherwise you would not dare to speak. Only Bali has Hindu. You want to see Aryans come to India you will look like a small child in the structure. They are tall, fair, six times your body size, what your family cannot eat in one time they eat more than that.
Which country will tell you are Aryans, have you seen your structureof body. The whole world knows who Aryans are and whoes language is Sanskrit.

1:19 there are mentions of Java and other islands of Indonesia in scriptures, of course, the type of Sanatan Dharma is different. It's so in India too, different parts have different versions of Sanatana Dharma infused with their traditional beliefs.
