Richard was a very talented man, his stand up, his acting, he was one of a kind and I’m so glad I got to enjoy his performances. I literally had sore face and ab muscles the next day from laughing my ass off. I would have tears. One time I had a soda come outta my nose!
His autobiography is one of the funniest and startling books I have ever read 😂it is called Pryor convictions ❤❤this guy was the pinnacle of comedians 😂😂
This guy was not only a standup genius, and I think everyone of the other greats would agree too.....but he was a very good actor with a real feel for physical comedy..... he will be missed, but will also live on and on because of clips like these
Richard Proyer was the King 👑 of Comedy. He opened many doors for black/brown people in the Entertainment Industry. He was fantastic at everything he did. Rest in Peace Richard Proyer. You will always be rembered and loved.💞✌️❤️🌼
My favorite human being..love ya rich..rest in laughter...not a day goes by without me doing something Richard Pryor..i walk like him on the golf course
To davidkopec, I said that once about Pryor, then reminded about George carlin, Robin Williams, Dennis Miller, Kings of Comedy., Blue Collar etc etc. There are SO many GOAT. As there should be.
Pryor is still the funniest man who ever lived. People don’t realize the genius it takes to get up on stage before hundreds of people and let your wit fly! He did this for decades-a Black guy from Peoria! If you’ve ever been to Peoria, you’ll realize what a miracle he was!
My mother and father used to do this talking about everything,,,and they would always a talk about running away with their family and honesty throughout their lives and relationship about their own problems and how they can feel about their own problems but they have to learn how to deal with their issues and problems with them because they’re so important and they’ve been praying 🙏 for the whole family throughout their lives,,,no matter what
One line I remember and liked: Police officer interviewing suspect: "Why did you have to kill everybody in the house?". Cracked me up the first time I heard it.
To me this man was on another level when it came to comedy because he was funny and he had an edge to him that made him connect with the crowds that he was performing at and he was a pretty good actor just as well. And on a side note I have a you tube channel type in Russell Mills May 22, 2017 to find me.
Sunset Boulevard Richard Pryor 🐐 One day these young people won't even understand what Richard Pryor is talking about . Sad ! The mold broke with Richard Pryor 🐐 Eddie Murphy calls him Yoda . 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🤗 Dexter Lombardo 🧔🤠
I’m ignorant cause I only once saw “ Silver Streak Express”, which I found a very funny movie. But this is Art with a capital A ! Top of the comedian game.
Saw,a show where he rehearsed his gig! Not to remember, but to CUT DOWN on the cursing so much!😳🤣😂umm, I think it’s wasn’t working out to well…🤷🏻♀️😜my fave still!😂
This guy was a mage in the stand up. He changed the pitch of the voice a lot of times, used the stage, doesn't interview the audience ( this is stupid) ... so many details to make a show great.
Both should have quit eight or ten years before they finally did. Carlin turned into a bitter old man and Pryor lost a lot in the later years. Or, maybe I just grew up..
They're wil never be another Richard Pryor!!!!
He is the standard that all comedians are measured by!!
There will never be another you either.
Everyone is unique.

Richard was the best.
My favorite human being..love ya rich..rest in laughter...not a day goes by without me doing something Richard Pryor..i walk like him on the golf course
The GOAT of standup comedy. Wrote the book.
Mr. Blueprint
Up until his era comedians told one line jokes..."Take my wife ...please". He was the first STORY TELLER!
@@SteveBerryhill exactly, narrative comedy where you could NOT tell the punch line from the delivery; exactly what every comedian since has done.
@@LIONTAMER3D He and George Carlin redefined comedy! Not only did you laugh...they made you think.

He makes every other comedian sound like they're setting up a punch line. He was absolutely sublime.
His new albums and specials on tv were a reason to throw a get together. Everyone came over and had a great time.
The #1 comedian ever! ❤❤❤

Absolutely the best sit comedian ever. Ever. The guy could make ANY ordinary situation just hilarious.
My older brother once installed hardwood floor paneling in a house Richard Pryor owned in California.
Are you going to believe me or your lying eyes 😂😏
No one comes close to Richard prior.
omg this is where Kevin Hart took the "keys" joke 😭😭😭
Then you got to go back in the house. Ya we know that feeling
Richard can say mfer and somehow it doesn’t come off as offensive!
The 🐐 Goat 100%

Was this video this clear in 1982? For some reason I can't remember it being this sharp. 😅
What made Pryor so funny is when he would imitate a white dude. He absolutely nailed that.
A WALK!? I WANNA FIGHT!! 😭😭🤣
Richard Pryor could make you laugh talking about stuff that isn`t funny.
Taught me to get out of conflict.
Cat Williams does a zoo bit ..now I know where he gets it from 😊
My Scorpios certainly certainly is not.. Living with that man is no day at the beach. Lol. But then I never promised him a Rose garden either

Kevin hart done steal his jokes, just like the rest
Yep, Eddie too
RP. Is a original. EM says on one of his records that he would listen to RP when Eddie was young.
@@Tonedefdom hart and Murphy could only wish to be as good as him

Human nature is a one night stand.
Its amazing how many comedians copy Richards delivery and mannerisms.
When I am with a lady she has to endure a lot.
Opening the door. Seating her. Picking up small chores for her. Treating her politely etc.
Cool story, bruh. Any more tidbits of wisdom?

Pryor married 2 different women twice each, and 2 or 3 other women once each, I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
