- THE BABIES ARE COMING!
Which means another barn cleanout is required!
But this time, I also did some long overdue organizing of my lambing supplies.
Also took some weights on my market lambs, and this group is almost all done!

For some reason I find the fast forward montage of her cleaning the sheep pens to be the most relaxing thing to watch. I have no idea why
Feeling it too!!!
How can you not smile and laugh with Jessica helping out. She is a hoot.
My guess, Jess is much like her mom was at that age.
I get the feeling that she can be a mess at times.
Is it just me, Sandi with the pink bandana tied looks like she has pink sheep ears, just too darn cute
it’s easy to tell someone to “cheer up” when we don’t know the details of your gloom but you do have many thousands of followers/friends who are concerned
about how you’re feeling and would love to be there to give you a hug when you need it and a pat on the back when you deserve it. Stay strong, we look forward to your special smile that makes us feel good.😊😊
Sandi, it is so much more than about lambs. The miracles that you create without even knowing is a rippled effect. My sweet dear friend .. You are the butterfly. With a swing of your wings you create change. No matter how hard change maybe.
I know, from watching you for quite a long time now, how hard you work and how much you care about your little ones and keeping them healthy... And I understand the stresses of all of that, but I want to say something, I hope I'm not out of line in saying this; When you said you just didn't feel good today... and went on to explain as much as you felt comfortable doing... that touched my heart... and I could see the tears in your eyes and I saw what I believe is lacking in some of the other vlogs I watch... There's a "humanness" about you that I admire... You have a heart that you share at times with us... and you allow us to see that side of you... Your a woman, a strong woman, who feels deeply about the things of life that truly matter... Almost any "thing" in this life can be replaced... It's just stuff, but family and friends... that's different... That's what's important... That's the "stuff of life"... Those are what help us feel good about being alive in this world... and help use face the trials of living each day... I believe, with all my heart, that anyone who would make fun of a person who cries about the pain they feel... is not a friend... They don't really care about you... Your friends are the "bright spots" of life... and they understand...
So sorry 😐🥺.
Being an empath, is feeling every single emotion so intensely. It’s a blessing and a curse. Guard your heart,Sandi
My observation, too. Don't want to repeat what you've stated so wisely. Sandi, my prayers for your family and friends at this time. You are a real blessing and a true friend. Hugs.
yes that is why the humanness we watch as well as the "visit"
That is exactly true of you my dear - you must not bottle it up but talk to others about it. Lots of hugs and smiles.
I just wanted to thank you for all you do. When I think I have so much paper work to do in my office, I watch one of your wonderful videos and realize YOU are an amazing, hard working and so important to Canada and farming. As an American, I think we do not appreciate people like you who feed the world. You are often hard on yourself and you do not have anything to feel bad about. Thank you for feeding the world.
I've been a woodsman and logger all my life, when one gets hurt we all feel it. We all take care of the family, the one that got hurt, the ones left behind. There is an association and you cant help but feel it because it could be you and it's scary as Hell. Love prayers and thoughts, to all of you.
AMEN 🕊️✝️🇺🇸🙏
Sandi if you ever decide to do T-Shirts, please consider the YT caricature with you and a lamb. It reminds me so much of you. Jess, I like when you do your dance in the background while your mom is recording. 💃 🤭
My heart goes out to the family.
Sorry for your neighbor’s troubles. Will pray for them and you. Hurray for being ready for lambing!! Ands being organized for ANYTHING is great!! You have a great daughter whom will cook you chili on any day especially if you are not feeling your best!! Make me really miss my daughter!! She moved to Washington State this summer and we live in South Carolina!! So cherish your children everyone!! Stay safe and healthy.
I understand your hard day about your neighbors farm accident. My mother was an emergency room nurse in our farming community in the very most southern area of Texas. It was in the Rio Grande Valley and she had so many come through her ER. Pesticide poisoning to equipment accidents. We even lost a classmate to an auto accident when she was on duty. She came home and informed us of the loss so we would not be surprised the next day at school. It's hard. Sorry.
Can see why Jess is a help in being a support in tough times. ♥️
Mothers and daughters you are blessed if you have a daughter. I love watching you nesting and getting ready for your lambs just like you would for a baby....every time it’s lambing time.
Farming is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. Stay safe. Don't take short cuts.
I absolutely love when your daughter gets involved with helping you. You only get one REAL MOM. She is beautiful. So are you Sandi.
Love your cleaning style. It's all off the selves and then, blink, organized and back on the shelves. A lot of work that looks effortless. Great job and great editing.
When an accident happens to someone you know it's very natural to feel like everything is going in slow motion. I'm so sorry you are going through this. My prayers are with the family and you.
I had my back surgery last week and I needed some Sandi time to take my mind off of the pain! it's been excruciating! I'm on 2 different narcotics and they aren't even touching it! looking forward to lambing in the next few weeks, I know your exhausted Sandi but we appreciate everything you do to bring us so much joy! Take care! xoxo
Was your surgery lower or upper spine? It's always pain, pain, pain but lower is the worst. I don't think the dr.s know how bad unless they have been through it too. Do lots of slow breathing to distract yourself. Watching Sandi is like relax candy. Take care and good luck. Blessings
Just cant wait for all the little lamb and their lamb stampedes!
get the _fooooooooooooooooooood!_
LAAAMMPEEEEDEEEEE!!!!!
I lost 2 uncles to farm accidents. It is ok to be concerned and upset. We need to remember that each day is a blessing.
Farm accidents are always gut wrenching. I lost my cousin when we were both 14, so I understand. My sincere condolences to this family. Keep hugging your family and friends and telling them they are loved.
Hi Sandy; When it comes time to clean your milk machine hoses, ask your new brewery friends about PBW (powdered brewery wash). It's made for cleaning biological materials from surfaces and would probably be an effective tool.
You have such meaningful videos and are so informative. You are such a good person. It's just so nice to be part of your busy, hectic life. Thank you for sharing with all of us.
Sandi, you are such a lovely, caring soul. Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Prayers for your neighbors.
I loved the rockabilly music going while you were cleaning the pen. Made me want to dance! So sorry to hear of your loss. Too many of my family members have died due to farm accidents. My dad included. My heart goes out to you and the family. It's a horrific thing to go through. You're a good person to care so much. It probably felt good to do some cleaning and be productive through the sadness. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
Farm accidents are horrific. On a farm, everyone counts, and every farm family knows every other farm family. Every farm is running with the bare minimum of human resources, so the loss can devastate the business, not to mention the family.
My heart goes out to them on their loss.
Hi again SANDI
Organization is a great thing! It brings the stress and chaos levels way down to a place more calm and easy. Good job!
Sorry to hear of that farm accident. Really hard when you kniw who's involved. Pray all will be ok including you too Sandi. Take good care of yourself. You're all ready for the little ones!
I have to disagree with one thing you said about never being ready or organised enough for lambing. Well, seems to me you are the most organised ever! The cleaning of the shed on top of the easy pan clean out was epic. You are so ready to go after such a busy summer planting and harvesting. Kudos to you! I can't wait to see how you handle lambing - you are an expert.
Sandi please know your hard work and dedication to everything you do 100% of time is unbelievable... I constantly think of you when im tired at work or struggling and it instantly puts my ass back in gear! Thank you so much for your videos! You are admired more than you know!
I'm so sorry for the devastating news you received. I think there have been two cases in your area, both are tragic. Prayers for their families.. From experience, it can be helpful when you have something to do to keep you occupied and allow your brain and heart to process what happened . So glad your daughter is there to help you not feel alone.
It's a nice feeling to have everything cleaned and organized in anticipation of the lambing soon to come. Take good care of yourself, extra important in these hard times. Love and hugs!
My heart goes out to the family. Anyone who farms knows someone who has had a farm accident. It shakes you up for a while. Jess is so funny doing her dance behind you.
I’m sorry to hear a local family had a farm accident that I’m sure impacts everyone who cares about them. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone, especially the family who had the accident but the whole community as well. ❤️🙏❤️
My heart goes out to your friends family and to you, your friends and colleagues . Thinking of you all. 🧡
Sandi... You're an amazing woman! Absolutely, thoroughly and completely enjoy all your lambing video's. You put a smile on my face.
Prayers with that family. I saw the news on what happened. Absolutely horrible. So sorry for the loss.
I beg to differ with you; very few can do lambing as well as you do. I am amazed by your work ethic and energy. You are amazing.
AMEN to that.
My heart goes out to family. Praying for family.
Hi Sandi, sending hugs your way in a huge way. I know about farm accidents and they are usually not good and rarely minor. I’m so sorry for your farming community and hope only that time can help everything. Keeping busy cleaning an organizing is always helpful. You can come do my house anytime you need more of a distraction. Jess is a sweetheart to offer to cook for you, especially today. Good luck to everyone. Counting our blessings at a time like these.❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍🐑🐑
I feel obligated to clean my house after seeing you work so hard... Currently washing dishes and listening
I love watching other people organize. It inspires me. I am order challenged. God bless your family.
I love it when I find a video I’ve missed and I thought I was caught up. 🎉🎉WIN WIN! Now I can get some hot tea, a blanket and my puppy and watch away!! 😊
So, first off, about the farming accident.......I am so very sorry. You have such a big heart, Sandi. You feel all of this twice as much as everyone else. Just know we all love and support you always!!
Second - when you came around the corner with your tele - handler (3:42), I expected the "jaws" to be chomping away as you came around the corner!!! 🤣🤣 I was a bit disappointed, sorry to say that, but you weren't chomping when you came around that corner!!! Lol. 🤣🤣 Just picking. I can't be upset with you Sandi. Lol.
Hang in there, Sandi. Love you. You've got this. And if you don't, ALL of us are here for you. Take your pick, any of us have your back!!
Sandi, you are doing a GREAT JOB, so please dont let others get you down on yourself. You take amazing care of your livestock. Thank you for organizing that room, it was driving me crazy too. I live in New York State just below the Finger Lakes Region in a small town. I would have volunteered to do it myself if I was near you. LOL! I am a bit OCD. Also, so very sorry to hear of the tragedy near you, so incredibly sad. I have no words that could console for such a thing. * I love your channel
My whole life I’ve had this knowledge that farming is difficult, physically & emotionally exhausting. Until this channel I hadn’t heard anyone talking about the mental health consequences of this incredibly important lifestyle. We need farmers even more than doctors for the species to survive yet I somehow doubt that farmers get the same thanks, money & social status. “Thank you” to everyone who helps put food on our plates & please take care of each other when someone needs help. We’re all relying on you but you deserve the same rest, recuperation & medical/mental health services as anyone else. I don’t know who needed to hear that today but I hope you find it ❤️
Let Kinsey follow you in the pen , she trained herself by watching you all these years on what is next to be done with the sheep. She is so smart🌻❤
Oh yes Sandy I am right there with you. I have a lot of family affected by the Creek Fire in Fresno County, CA. I’m just a constant faucet regarding my family’s, friends, and the fact that I grew up in the area being affected by the devastating fire. I’m just sick to my stomach. I’ll keep some positive thoughts towards you and their family. 💕😞🙏🏽
Looks great, always nice to organize for a peaceful mind. Under the table you could have a couple clear totes for extras! Praying for you to be safe and prayers to those whose lives were changed, hoping for the best!
Never nice to hear of an accident so close to home. Sending love and prayers to you and those impacted by the news.
Had to chuckle at your daughter dancing in the background when you were weighing the market lambs. 😆
Sorry to hear about a Farm Accident they're the worse. The Pen looks great and I'm sure the Ewes appreciate the fresh bedding. Jess is a Piece of Work lol. Funny, Silly and a Good Worker. I'm be sure to she makes you Proud. Love Her. Your room looks great. I'm not sure your excited to have it clean and organized just in time for Lambing. Peace Be With You All
I just love watching people (you) create order out of chaos!
Just got to the hotel after dinner and watched this. Amazing job. Since your mini vacation you are much more relaxed and refreshed! Super awesomely clean room! Marie Kondo that! Hugs and if you need anything, cause life sometimes does crash down, we got your back. Hugs from Ontario!
I pray for
Your mental well being everyday Sandi! You’ve had a lot of
Heartbreaks this summer. But remember soon you will be bringing new life into this world and I can’t wait for y’all those cute lambing birth videos!
When something happens close to home, it’s close to your heart. It’s a shock . Hang in there🥰
Hi Sandi, so sorry to hear about your neighbor. My prayers are with the family.
I like your setup for lambing. It's a great way to do it. Take care n God Bless
Tragedy hits hard. In the farming community it really hits as we think how lucky we are. How many near misses we have had. How the same circumstances would impact our own family and business. It cuts deep. We also think how silly are some of our own worries.
Work can be distracting but please take care. Sending healing and warm hugs from Oz.
My heart goes out to those victims of tragedy 💔 Do stay safe Sandi and fam!
Thank you for sharing this with us. God Bless honey. Jess cracks me up. You have a great girl there.
Sandi, what a great mom and shepherdess you are :-). It's wonderful to know that when life, even within your farming community, throws you a B I G curve ball, you know the best way to regroup - go spend part of your day with your daughter ;-)). Yours in Gratitude. Eich iechyd da ("Your Good Health" in Welsh)
I'm sorry for the farm accident. It's a hard life at times. My parents generation got out of farming and I'm yet another generation removed, but I remember how hard my grandparents worked and all the risks. Hugs to you.
That dog has so much energy watching it in fast motion is hilarious.
Maybe you need a a mobile trolley / cabinet (like the tool trolleys the boys have in their sheds) to put you things in so if you have to attend a sheep down the far end you push the trolley down and you have everything handy. You could have a cabinet under and a lift up lid over some compartments but have the lid setup to give you a work bench.
i love your daughter! i have two and the youngest (39) is so like her! i can not be sad around her, they help you deal with lifes curves when you have to keep going ,when you would much rather be still until you heal.
You need a comfy chair in there for those nights when you are “on call” so you can take some little breaks and rest, and not have to go back to the house for a break.
A lot of farms do this. They have the teenagers camp out. 😂
Prayers for the family and your community and speedy recovery.
Prayers for y'all family and the other families involved. Always hard to go thru losingng friends or aquaintence . God has this and he's there for y'alls comfort, rely on him.
I'm so sorry about the rough news you got. Wish I could tell you something magical to make it better. Glad Jess was with you part of the day. Your cleaning and organizing look great! I'm sure your shoulders ache from the activity AND the tension you probably carry there. 🤗 Take some deep breaths and roll your shoulders. It's almost time for lambing marathon!! Sandi's at the starting gate! (Sheep Olympics should totally be a thing. I don't always love competition, so perhaps exhibition only!😊) Take care of yourself! Please.
You feel things soo deeply and we love you for that. Love the dance moves, Jess. GREAT reorganizing, Sandi! You could start a new career doing organizing for those of us who struggle.
Remember as a young fellow cleaning out our sheep shed, half of the barn was haymow and the other half was sheep pen. The manure had built up so as there was no longer and feeding slats, they were all below, I'd say I shoveled about four feet manure, took a couple of days. I recall it was a farm my dad took over.
My heart 💓 aches for you. My muscles are tired and aching just watching you work. I just love how all the creating, cleaning areas falls to you. Rolled don’t change much do they. For what it’s worth even when friends come I find myself cleaning 🧻 after them to. All my love, Ellen. Queensland, Australia.
I love seeing jess dance. Bless. 💛 Also, things get hard. This has been a hard year. Make sure to rest, and get back up again even better!
Jess is sooooo cute 😍.
I must be weird because I love watching you clean your barn. Jess are you a scene stealer. Sandie you are a much better shepherdess than give yourself credit for.
Love the background music, old school!
you and mark have great channels to follow....so informative and great family compatibility...keep em up lady....be safe and tc
We jad a horrible wind storm.that was very hot, now Oregon and Washington have many devastating fires. The wind is calm now in SW Vancouver. I pray the fires get under control.
Love all your organizationing. Gets me in the mood to do the same. Kids are not in school, makes for a real hard day. Teacher are so needed to have the students in class not on line. Happy Wednesday, better known as Hump Day!! 🐫
First of all, well wishes for everyone effected by the farming accident.
and I hope that you will have en awesome lambing season. Thank you very much for the efforts you put into sharing. And pass it onto Mark that he's missed. Best of harvest to you all.
Hope tomorrow is a better day. The room clean out is amazing. Sure to make lambeth a little easier for you.
Lifting the situation up in Prayers!!💜💜
Thank you Sandi, you keep us company too.
Sandi , you amaze me ! You are the hardest working woman !! I wish l had one tenth the energy you have . Praying for you & your family and your neighbors family .
Wow...look at you go cleaning that barn......that is some serious skillS!
Forgot to say love love love cleaning the pens. They look fantastic after. 👏🐑
I read about the accident, and it's devastating. Prayers to their family.
My heart goes out to you Sandi on the tragic news of your friend's loss. Such a feeling can't be shaken. Xoxo
RIP little soul. 💔
Looks good. Isn't it wonderful when everything is clean, put away and organized.
Sandy. Always managing whatever is thrown at you. And with a smile. You inspire me time and time again
Sandi, just started watching you this last week, trying to catch up. So sorry about the tragedy in your farming community. It can cause a dark cloud to hover for a while. It sure puts things in perspective.
Thank you for such a great video again. So sorry for the acident and it is so nice to know that we can support you in some small way by watching your creations. They are really good and you deserve to feel proud of the body of work you have done in creating them by yourself. Most of the big sites have teams of people, editing and adding sound effects etc. You do all this by yourself. The even the thought of attempting to try to create a short video on my favourite stuff is overwhelming. Saying a prayer for you and your's, hope this fall wraps up with all of you kept safe during the harvest and ending with lots of well provisioned barns. Blessings on all of you.
I can't believe come November I'll have been watching your channel for a year.. Wow, AND WHAT A YEAR.... Just want to say Sandi You are an inspiration and sometimes just a great entertaining distraction from the craziness that this year is. Thankyou for all of the hardwork and dedication that you put into making this channel as great as it is!!!
SANDI, IM SWO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT A FARMING ACCIDENT. PEOPLE SAY, THAT WONT HAPPEN TO US, UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO THEM. GOD BLESS YOU , AND YOUR HUGE HEART FULL OF COMPASSION AND LOVE, TAKE CARE, DEB
Well done on being so organised before the onslaught of babies!
I love pen cleaning day so much
Oh sweetheart, praying for all!
I would recommend getting some CalMagPhos injectable as it may work better than Calborogluconate. And also some J-lube powder which you mix as needed. It is a very slick product. Condolences on the farming accident near you, so tragic, my prayers are with the family. It's nice you have Jess to lift your spirits.
Sending my thoughts and prayers Sandi and a big hug .🥰❤️
Good afternoon, I don't know if you or youtube but thank you for having made the automatic subtitles available !!!!!!
I know what you mean about Farm Accident, I know of 3, When we were Farming 2 deaths (Farm Neighbors) and one loss of a arm ( my Cousin) Not an easy day by far. I feel your pain. I hope that your day got better.
I sure enjoy you running the tractors and other machinery. I cant and have always wanted too.So thank you for a wonder ride around the farm..and your daugher is a card. You have gotten me inspired to do something with the garage..lol
Can’t Wait to see the Newest batch of Babies who’ll be making a Grand Entrance into this World.👍
