    I just stumbled across your channel and this video was amazing!! I am a competitive swimmer so I always need recovery stretches but I could never find recovery stretch videos! But your video was amazing!! I feel fresh and ready for a new day of training! I know your focus is on football, but just know you are helping so many athletes across a variety of sports!!     I have to a half marathon today, and yesterday I did this routine a couple times not expecting my legs to feel much better (they were sore and I was very worried) but today I feel much better - thank you so much

    Hi! Thank u so much for your work! It’s ok if I do this 3 times a day, after wake up, after workout and before sleep? Or in this case is better do a larger rutine
