- 15Min Hip Mobility Routine | Muscle Relief and Recovery / Follow along with this hip mobility stretch workout tutorial and complete a full 15 minute hip mobility stretch session. As an athlete, your lower body muscles can tighten up after workouts which will negatively affect your performance. Hip mobility stretching should be done post workouts and competition. To benefit from hip mobility stretching be sure to complete these stretches daily for improvement. These stretches should not be painful, so stop immediately if you feel pain.
