Thanks Obi! You are such a genuine person. I definitely needed this. I couldn't believe that 20 minutes ended so quickly. The hip mobility is a definite must for me. I have knee pain because quads and not strong and hips are too tight so thanks again for this.
Obi, I ride a Harley Road Glide and a Big Dog Chopper for enjoyment. This is my 4-5 day routine along with a 20-minute dumbbell workout. This program has been key to working all of the muscle groups I use to ride both bikes. The chopper requires more muscle groups which you have included in this stretching exercise. Working 2 years from home, my mobility and flexibility suffered loads, as I became a couch potato 🤦♀️so I've started taking slowly pilates and step classes before starting going again to the gym and I've started doing mobility and flexibility routine in the mornings and love this videos!!!! Great video! Just finished and feel like a wringed out shamwow that was full of stress. An idea I thought offor you next video might be to do a dual screen when there's a more advanced method. Example left side would be you performing the advanced technique while right side would be the beginner technique.

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
hi obi, currently i am 16 and i weigh about 8st or approximately 51kg and i really want to build muscle and strength. me and my friend have made a routine for me and i would like to know if it is good or not and if not what are the way i can improve it. (all will be done with a 14kg kettlebell). monday: bicep curl (10 x3 last one as much as i can) 2 to 3 reps after burn. 30 second break. 20 - 30 pushups. 100 sit ups. tuesday: tricep lift (10 x3 last one as much as i can) 2 to 3 after burn. 30 second break. 15 - 20 diamond push ups. 20 - 30 pushups. wednesday: rows (10 x3 last one as much as i can) 2 to 3 after. bicep curls (10 x3 last one as much as i can) 100 sit ups. thursday: triceps (10 x3 last one as much as i can) 2 to 3 after. shoulder press (10 x3 last one as much as i can) 20 - 30 pushups. friday: weighted squats (20 x4) lunges (15 x3) saturday and sunday: rest day
