    I love this videao.. you two are great to watch.. I sometimes switch between the two of you but the dude does crazy work outs. I LOVE the one in a plank where you bring your knees to chest that feels great. I also follow other vids. Amazingly kind and helpful esp in times of pandemic and no gym to go to :)

    This was a great workout. I love seeing the different versions of the exercises . My abs/core is not strong. It really helped to focus on high quality great form in an slotted time instead of number of reps/sloppy or not. Thanks an great job.

    Thanks you so much +HASfit! I'm 14 years old and I've been doing your workouts as many times as I can per week without my school getting in the way. I was never overweight, but I've been trying to lose a little bit of extra fat I don't need. I've been doing a bunch of these workouts and also eating less and more healthy, and I've lost fifteen pounds of fat but at the same time grown a lot! Thank you so much for your motivation and workouts, you've enabled me to feel more confident in my body as well as my abilities.

    Hey, this is awesome workout! I'm in love with it, as with the rest of your videos! After hard day it helps me so much to get rid of stress and feel myself stronger.     I love your workouts so much. I just started your 30 days abs challenge cause it's my biggest weakness I think. I find it really hard to do the last exercise of this workout, somehow I was feeling pain in my neck and I wonder if it's normal or not. Probably I'm being too tense to try lifting my shoulders from the ground ^^

      It's not uncommon to feel a strain or a pain in your neck when performing ab exercises. This is normal and you may feel some soreness in the days after. Your neck has muscles that don't get challenged much. Great work and thanks so much for your support!

      From your description, it sounds like you may have a small inguinal hernia. Do some research and look to see if is the case. Consult with your doctor if so. It's not the end of the world if it is. Just means you have to be careful with certain movements.

      I checked on few medical websites, according to all of them :
      "...the main symptom of an inguinal hernia is a bulge in the groin or scrotum. It often feels like a round lump. The bulge may form over a period of weeks or months. Or it may appear all of a sudden after you have been lifting heavy weights, coughing, bending, straining, or laughing'.
      Fortunately I am facing none of these problems. I have been doing running, push ups (80-100 a day), bending and other exercises for a fairly long time, but never faced any discomfort or bulge. Of course I have little soft fat on middle abdominal region which I want to reduce, but I don't think it's groin hernia or something I'm suffering from.
      All of your other exercises have worked for me, so request you to make a video on how to reduce middle abdominal fat, that exercise might just work for me.

    Oh, boy, am I feeling it. But hey, one thing that helps me with the scissor kicks is putting a Pilates ball underneath my butt. (It's something I do in my barre classes.)

    This is a great workout and I've already started to see results. But I happen to have one quick question though. Should I be doing this before or after my cardio run. So far I've been doing it post-cardio and having a really hard time doing scissor and V crunches. What would you recommend ?

      You could reverse the order and do it before. If you feel too spent to do it properly after your run, try it before.

    Nice vid did a mix of both but have one question been doing ab work outs like this and I also do a lot of cardio every day should I take a day break between ab workouts our should I do them everyday

      You can train abs more than most muscles, but I wouldn't recommend more than 4x per week. Thanks for your support!
