There are foam ball mike wind protectors for that.

Many laps of the IOM:TT with perfect sounds of bike, road noise and SLIGHT wind noise.

Ferrari 312PB and 250LM laps at Laguna Seca, here on YT....
I saw these cars run at Sebring and Daytona
1964 - 1973...
The 1967 Ferrari 330P4 being my all time favorite.
I can be seen behind the flagman, jumpng up and down, as the three P4's take the checker...
Beating the 7 liter Ford GT Mk.II soundly
NOT seen in the recent movie...which only covers thru 1966....
Time for a sequel!

This is classic cars racing....
we have nearly no knowledge about drivers' skills or about engines' power. By the way Pirro was a pro driver and ex McLaren tester in the Senna/Prost years and this should be meaning something.
