Hello. While I'm not 100% certain, I think this is a standard UK plate made to look like an IoM one. I lived there for a bit. As DJ showed, this is a car with a UK tax and annual MOT, which it's had. IoM cars don't need an MOT as this is a GB reference that doesn't equate over there. IoM use a roadworthy examiniation, which is a bit different in term of timing and relates to import etc but private cars used for private means don't need annual roadworthy examinations if kept licenced. I'd be amazed if an IoM car was MOT'd annually when in the UK, but I supppose it could be. Other things are that IoM plates usually have 'MAN' or 'MANX' on them, the dealer's making the plate is on them and hyphens aren't necessary between letters and figures. Make up your own mind!

What people don't realise is if the police get any sort of identifying facts from you, IMEI numbers, drone numbers, telephone numbers, tattoos etc are all logged and put on local systems and PNC so are searchable. The drone number once associated with you means they don't need to go through the CAA, who may or may not divulge your information.
You clearly don’t know what you’re talking about… the Police can only keep information on convicted criminals. If you have no record then you are not on the PNC or any local systems and therefore nothing is collated. Stop making things up!

@@bruceseaman6592 Yes, exactly that. Although information and prints are treated differently, info/Intel has to be deleted. That security guy following, reminded me of a scence from the chuckle brothers. The one guy in the car was miserable and they are obviously used to people giving all the information to them straight away!
Always makes me curious why the Police assume we are trying to be difficult when we follow the guidelines set out by law when they ask for our details etc. Is it a case of follow the law when it suits you?
The only thing that is difficult is that they are not in total control. They just stand not getting their own way. Plus just don't know the applicable law.

The lessons for all auditors to learn here is that you take control of the conversation. This was a stop & account. You told them why you were their and what you were going to do. That should have been the end of it but they still tried to ID you.
The Worst Thing IS, HE GAVE UP HIS INFORMATION ANYWAY 😩🤢😰
There* sorry man I had to 🤷🏻♂️😂
Genuine question. I was under the impression you don’t have to account for a legal activity or for your presence in public whilst engaged in a lawful activity? Is this correct or am I wrong?
@@glorybelieve9010 No he never.
It’s purely ego before the law, arrogance ingrained in the police that’s generations old.
Ooft, brilliantly handled, a template for police, drone auditors and the general public. Great work! Keep it up!
DJ Audits "I'm gonna take the drone up next" Officer 4984 "No you're not" DJ Audits "I'm actually telling you what's gonna happen, not asking" that was a mic drop moment that officer looked like he got PTSD from that 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He will have three weeks off with the stress!! ... all paid for by the tax payer
As someone with PTSD don’t bring that into it cos believe me when I say PTSD is not funny or easy to live with n u don’t get PTSD from something like that

That was a master class in how to deal with bully boy tactics. The security sounded like an asthmatic hoover. The way you fobbed off the police was great. We might suspect you. Ok well when you do I'll be over there carrying out my lawful business or something like that. Ha ha, more like this please.
That is what you call "disarmed police".
Fireworks throughly pissed on! .. it doesn't get much better!
Coming to a war of wits totally unarmed.
The look on the passengers face when you corrected him about the requirements of identifying. Priceless.
But how many people has he bullied over the years? Innocent people afraid of authority have incorrectly been told to give up their identity and relinquished their privacy because of the police officers shouting at them “give me your operator ID”. Those days are gone now because of people like DJ.
@@johnmanning5568 ........ Unfortunately Police will continue to use the tactic as they know that a lot of people do not understand the requirements, or the limits of what the Police can demand.
These kind of places are opened by “Here today, gone tomorrow “ politicians that no one remembers the next week.
But the Trees are still around...
Proper job. You dominated the conversation, TOLD them what you were going to do, then did it right in front of them.
Just love it when you guys know your rights and the law the old bill hate it, great video.
Love your channel man, your sharp as a pin.
Once again we see the police trying to obtain a name without following the law, thankfully DJ totally owned them. Another great audit from DJ & DAVID

Fair play , excellent interaction , big thumbs up and total respect for being professional
Well done DJ - glad to see you so assertive again especially with that security. Appreciate the gentle approach was an experiment tho
"I am telling you what i am going to do"
Instant disarm. Love it. Too quick off the top you are.
Well handled. I don't think the guy was unfit, I think he was stressed in having to cope with someone with a camera. Excellent handling of the police. This is so much nicer than those video's where the police are goaded into a confrontational response.
This is why I watch DJ - he's polite and non confrontational.
The guy is a smoker. He done some sudden exercise that caught him out and took him a minute to get his breath back. It doesn't always happen.
I used to get it sometimes when walking up 1 flight of stairs and it is what made me give up smoking after 25years.
The 'confrontational' videos are important to see how law enforcement deals with 'confrontation'. Audits aren't supposed to be a courtesy class.
I thought he was unwell
@@lightningstrikes7314 - when did you become CEO of auditing?
Each auditor (camera man/woman) will decide and conduct themselves on how and what they do!
100% correct & well played DJ Audits !!!,.... you stood your ground for your RIGHTS,... and the two MOD police were bang out of order to even REQUEST ( but infer demand - via the colour of law) your ID and drone info.
.
Well done,... imagine how often 'officers' dothis to unsuspecting ( and innocent) members of the public.
.
They don't like the law being applied to themselves do they?
All he's doing is conveying clearly and politely what the law states for drone users. Brilliantly done, excellent example from DJ.
Another great video, and it’s always nice to see you being polite to Who ever you meet on site as I think it goes such along way .
I’m new to your channel and really enjoying your content as you never know what kind of reception you’re going to get from different people as and when you visit different areas of interest.
As mentioned your main weapon is from being well spoken and polite.
Take care kind regards paul.
Brilliant gaslighting of the cops. They were clueless and easily hoodwinked.
They were not hoodwinked in the slightest, they knew they were being filmed so chose not to act outside of the law, DJ participated in his own hobby which he has the right to do, no crime, no trickery or subterfuge. Those cops were particularly clued up about all of it or they would have violated his rights by fabricating a crime.
There are no smoke and mirrors with DJ. He does exactly what it says on the tin. The officers couldn't handle it! Lol
Have to say MOD police were most polite, as was the security guard. Pleasant ending with a good outcome. Well done again DJ audit.
Love it when you get assertive with these numpties and they crumble.
great channel and thank you for paving the way and educating others, it will be easier for others and they will not be seen as criminals straight away
So when arrested and fingerprinted and released with no further action are you saying they delete the fingerprints as you weren't convicted??????dream on
@@bruceseaman6592 Yes, exactly that. Although information and prints are treated differently, info/Intel has to be deleted. But you should request that ur prints are destroyed as they can keep them on file if you don’t. As for ‘Dream On’ ….. a little information is a dangerous thing…. Try educating yourself on matters prior to telling the world what You Think as opposed to what actually is the case!
well they know who this dick is he was arrested once so hes on the pnc
@@berniemtylttwrighttechnically he is right. Even the police have to abide by the ico the ppl that govern gdpr if you ask for your fingerprints to be deleted they have to do that even the police as they are not above the law
U got some balls mate, comes with a knowing all the right etc. I could never confront the police the way you do.
Awesome video. The light-hearted way you simply tell them your rights, is super-impressive. Best yet!
At the end of the day it's simply about how you convey the information. He did it perfectly reasonably here which is quite refreshing to hear/see. A great example.
@@alertonrussell6821 So please illustrate for us which bits of GDPR regs, drone code and criminal trespass law he is ignoring.

I can only hope that security guard gets a proper health check over just to make sure he is up for the job to physically defend the property .
Wonderfully assertive throughout the encounter. Great audit DJ, well done!
The balance of charm, and assertiveness, is not easy to accomplish. DJ is second to none.
@@charlesdarwen3683 I'm certain that the "police", and the hi-vis militia of this country would agree with you.
I'm always amazed that none of these buildings have solar panels. I would maybe expect private buildings not to but government buildings should always have solar it kinda makes sense that they would.
Well Solar Panels are effectively useless, governments are obsessed with telling everybody else what they should do, but don't feel any need to do this by example. Covid being another example.
Yeah, "might, might" - as soon as you do, let me know! - Excellent reply!!
Second cop talking nonsense, plus claiming they've "been polite," while the first was 100% rude in everything he said and did from start to finish. PC 4984 needs a complaint against him.

The plates on the floor for the bays serve two rolls first is to stop holes and the second is a friction plate for the legs.
They have a flat shoe on the bottom of the legs so the trailer won't roll forward when tipping or loading.
The trailer is some times front heavy and they have moved off the bay.
That security guy following, reminded me of a scence from the chuckle brothers.
The one guy in the car was miserable and they are obviously used to people giving all the information to them straight away!
I think you mean scene, sir/madam.
Always makes me curious why the Police assume we are trying to be difficult when we follow the guidelines set out by law when they ask for our details etc. Is it a case of follow the law when it suits you?
The only thing that is difficult is that they are not in total control. They just stand not getting their own way.
Plus just don't know the applicable law.
they resent the fact that we have rights.
Another outstanding confident video. 👏 Another educational for uniforms that question lawful activities. Well done DJ
Great content, those MOD police were not happy but they bank on the general public not knowing their rights, its so important to know that whatever you are saying is right and they cant touch you. Well done and thank you for an enjoyable watch!
