What a daft comment, the police did nothing wrong in this instance. DJ was being very argumentative and looking for a disagreement for some reason.
A Police officer who understands human feelings ... That's a serious glitch in the matrix!
Yeah, when they are unlawfully arresting an innocent person, are they considering your “human feelings?”
Nah, don't worry, she understands nothing...
"He's allowed to have feelings". "He's a human being". That just about sums up British policing today. Stuff the law. Its all about "feelings".
Thank God we have these two to serve and protect us 🙂
The woke West Mids police covering their bases with these two.
The only things they serve and protect, are their own interests. Allegedly.
That copper, WTF?
That officer has a very serious attitude problem.
I hope a senior officer watches this, because that is a very loose cannon with an authority issue.
Police may watch it , but nothing will sink in or change . Ignorance of the law is there goto play . Shame the same rules don't apply to us Joe public .

The feelings police!!!! That's why they keep getting sued
I like how they guy was on his phone while moving the vehicle yet police are more concerned about loitering 😶
I am fairly sure that the law changed last year, so that you can even be prosecuted for using a phone whilst the vehicle is stationary. Minimum £200 and 6 points. But woke police are more concerned about feelings.
Cops voice will be breaking soon.

You couldn't ask for a better example of the type of policing we are subjected to nowadays. She was so busy trying to patronise you about "not getting that he is allowed to have feelings" she forgot that her job isn't to police feelings, it's to police LAWS.
Yes, somewhere real crime was happening, although these days they can't tell the difference between a bank heist and a hurty feelings offence.
He seized on an opportunity to 'big note' himself to the cops. The cop was talking garbage it had nothing to do with his 'feelings'. Keep up the good work, cheers.
'Is that the feelings Police?'
'My mate laughed when I fell over - I want you to waste public funds and tell him he's naughty'
the they/them officer did not want to highlight that photography is not a crime and the omission of reassurance from the they/them officer about the legality of DJ's actions combined with the biased language use "loitering" and comparison to residential privacy made the they/them officer look like a fool. unfortunately, DJ felt betrayed and surprisingly did not pick up on the chance to educate the well-meaning civil servants.
It's because she's from Rainbow planet and that culture is full of those people who think photography in public is wrong
Loitering = stand or wait around without apparent purpose: 🙄 Not loitering at all, DJ had a purpose 👍
Yep and the police purpose is to check up on a suspicious situation. This DJ guy is an obnoxious goofball
Its more concerned about feelings than the actual legality? Such a wonderful law officer?
So when the man came up to her to speak to the police woman then was the police were meant to say GO AWAY ?
Let’s get this right the police woman didn’t approach DJ at all he came to the police
I'm not sure, was he a human being? Was he allowed to have feelings? Was he allowed to be concerned? I may never know.
this cop keeps mentioning loitering i would have pulled her up about that and said i am earing money by doing what i am doing so there is no loitering involved and if you keep accusing me of loitering i will take you to court for defamation of character

Timet produce the titanium that my employer (Rolls-Royce) uses to manufacture the Fan blades for gas turbine engines. Very interesting to see this process in action.

why did she ask the bike to move within 30 seconds but the van is also blocking the road?
She's after a cheap extension !!!
BX07 VCV is registered to a FORD Colour WHITE - correct me if I am wrong but I have a "feeling" that Transit Van was BLUE in colour - maybe the police should be more "concerned" and invest their precious time into investigating why that van is showing the wrong colour on the DVLA database instead of causing harassment alarm and distress to law abiding film makers?
It is not loitering to do something from a public place with a purpose.
They so often ask you to ''move out of the road, move away from the gate'' etc despite there being absolutely no vehicler traffic in site and it taking only one second to move should one appear. It's like it's there opening gambit - let's tell him what to do and try and get him to comply.
Getting someone to do something you say establishes who is senior in the interaction and sets precedent for the interaction.
Someone who has complied once, regardless of the request, has reduced resistance to other requests/commands.
I love it when Police use the word "Loitering" to indicate that you did something wrong when under UK law "Loitering" would only be an offence if you was a prostitute (under the Street Offences Act 1959 as Loitering as an offence otherwise was in the Vagrancy Act 1824 which was repealed last year).
The cops are absolutely clueless. Sod the feelings 😂

As soon as the PC used the word 'loitering' you should have demanded she retract it.
