Not Bad Video ... Of all the tutorials out there I do not think I have ever heard anyone admonish players to not run to the Limber Ammo Chest and grab a round first thing without first sponging the tube.
1. You don’t sight a gun. You point a gun. 2. That is a limber and not a caisson. 3. The men who operate a gun are a detachment and not a crew. Crew was a naval term. 4. The ammunition for a rifle should not be fixed and come in two separate parts. 5. There should be a pendulum hausse that sits in that cradle on the back of the tube for pointing the gun. It looks like the makers of this game used photos of the limber chests from my group to get the interiors depicted accurately.
Just started learning artillery. Great video and I learned a lot of stuff I never knew.
Nice tutorial! Didn't realize I was making some big mistakes with sighting the cannons, so this was pretty helpful
Thanks, Just picked up the game and was completely lost in the woods.
Great tutorial! This game is so fun

Remember, right to ram left to load
I cant figure out how to put the primer on
Once the rounds is plunged, the primer should appear when standing roughly beside the back of the metal part of the cannon.
Can you do a video showing what each shell/round is for each peice?
The types of shells are the same for each piece. Just their size and the accuracy of the gun is different
@@XbWalker thank you, I was trying to make a cannon thing for a game and I didn't know what each shell looked like. Besides the 12lber
who actually does math when using arty? not me...
thanks,,,good job!
Not bad
Are you using basic pov, or are you using custom?

I'll remember those facts if I ever join a real military. Meanwhile, I'm not going to make a big deal about it in a video game.
Sure they used yours because yours is the only one lol stfu
