This is definitely unique and a much needed addition to auto repair on UA-cam. You did a great job explaining and filming. I appreciate that you got right to business and not spend time talking about unrelated things.
Just bought at auction 1991 DD51B Watching what I can (learning) as it will take a few months to get here by boat. By far the best video on this ... straight forward and clear sequence. Really appreciate how it was presented. Thanks!
Best video on subject I ever seen thank u very much / Im going to do waterpump also during process because dont know when it was ever changed which it probably hasnt because my 91 Carry is still under 9300 original miles on it
Nice video with very good photography. I would like to see someone change the water pump and the crank and camshaft seals at the same time. To replace the seals, removing the cam and crankshaft pulley and gear will be necessary. I am not sure how to re time the engine after removing these things and I'd like to see how to do this.
@@jdmgems Ahh, I get it. The gear is KEYED so it must go back on in the exact position it was oriented when it was removed. Now it makes sense. Is the pulley also keyed?

The crank pulley came off pretty nicely! I hope mine does.
Excellent video.
Thanks for the tutorial man!!!
That seemed deceptively easy... I'm picking up my 96 Suzuki carry on Friday. This is the first thing I will check
