If you want to become a electrician, watch this video until the end.
In this video, we are wiring an industrial switchboard. This switchboard has six single-phase outputs and two three-phase outputs. This switchboard includes an emergency power switch and also includes a power cut warning device. In this video, we show a part of We will do the wiring and continue the training in the next video which will be uploaded three days after this video.
The MTW wire is a pleasure to wire panels with. Converted 9 Grieve truck ovens from bang bang contactors to plc proportional control years ago. Very satisfying work.
Great video, learned a lot so far. Just subscribed and can’t wait to watch other videos you have.
Thank you for this amazing tutorial ❤

Red grey black for the FASES, Blue for Neutral. green Yellow for earth.
Thank for sharing🥰🥰🥰
It's easy when you have a proper service cabinet with all the lacing fixings.
Experts challenge I just did. A quad 4x4 box. 3 receptacles and a 3 way switch. Box was also a junction feeding three downstream conduits plus the lighting traveler, all wired with 12 gauge. Took me a solid half hour to stuff it so I didn't have to cram the faceplate on.
Wearing industrial electrical panels that are very detailed operation, very good ❤ 26:20
Thanks
عمل جميل جدًا وفيديو مفيد 👍👍👍

Hey there!! Are you really an electrical engineer🤩🤩🤩? You are really skilled. Good job.
Thanks
What do you base the choice of spacing between ducts and rails on, do you choose an arbitrary distance? Do you calculate something? Do you follow some rules?
Hello. According to my experience, the distance between the ducts in the case where the miniature switches are installed inside should be 13 cm. The distance between the ducts in the case where the contactor and current controller are installed under them should be 18 cm. also. The distance between the duct and the end of the rail in the lowest row should be 6.5 cm. Please ask if you have any other questions.
@@IET-76 oh i see, thank you
So helpful

Very nice wiring

Work with panels for 5 years. best work i have in electricity area.
Which computer software do you use for creating the panel drawing/schematic?
Hello. Unfortunately, I don't have any information about the software.
I need more video, nicely
Good job
Thanks
You are the best
Thanks
Same here but don't know if I can be taken a special tutorial on this pls

did you drill with the bolt/screw directly instead of a pilot hole with a drill bit, tab it then install a the screw
Hello These are self-tapping screws and they pierce the iron sheet and are fixed in it
Very nice work and usefull video 👍
Have you got multiline diagram for this switchboard ?
What do you mean?
@@IET-76 Some documentation like electrical diagram for wiring
No, unfortunately there is nothing
@@IET-76 I never understood why they need el.drawings for individual projects 😊
@@mindaugasv85 take it you have never been a maintenance electrician called out to fix a fault on a control panel with a comment like “don’t see the point in line diagrams” or are you being sarcastic 😂
مرحبا إنه فيديو رائع
Thank you so much sir, please I would like to be your student and to have more studies on this, thanks

nice to consider air flow between the switches .AFARIN
Thanks
Why is the three phase rccb connected to city electricity terminal box? How would it get emergency supply as you have given it input from the red terminals, not the selector switch output?
When the selector switch is in position 1, the power enters the rccb switch from the red terminals, if it is in position 2, the power enters the rccb switch from the gray terminals.

Well, did you measure the contact pressure of the wires??You always have to do that to make sure the contacts are good!So in the future the contacts will not come lose..Further you dont measure the length off the wires, you just cut it off on one end and the other end.Wasting a lot off expensive wire!
Hello my friend
You are right
Wires are expensive
But measuring them is very time-consuming and increases the cost of wiring. This saves time and the costs are also different because we use the cut wires elsewhere and it is not wasted
Nobody measures wire ahead of time 😂
@@IET-76It doesn't have to be time consuming!Just connect it to one thing and lay it out to the other thing, and then cut it off long enough.Do not connect. Then al the others this way and then measure the real length and cut it off and connect. So then when you connect you only cut the wire there to the length. That means that you only waist on one site the length off the wire and not two times!!Easy!!☺☺
Make a new video. Your style.
Equifinality.
@@GMshines Sorry,i am a retired electrician..I am 75 years old.
Nice.

Not too bad. I like to knock off all the sharp edges on the din rail befor i install it.
Removing sharp edges is the right thing to do, but in this circuit board there is no access to sharp edges and it does not destroy safety
@@IET-76 same with the panels I build, it is for my benefit that I avoid cutting my fingers during the build, but once completed, it will be restricted access
آموزش خوبی بود.ممنون

I don't even get what the coloring logic for the wires are... 3 phases but all using yellow? Is that actually normal?
Three phases are displayed with one color
Very good
Tanks
Green wires that are not grounds and yellow wires that are hot.....not in my world!
Engineer ,I appreciate your work.please I need the schematic wiring diagram
Thank you. But now I have nothing. I will do this for the next electricity board

can you tel color code in your panel green is ground how about single phase blue or brown thanks
blue is neutral wire and other wires is phase

what is rccb stand for
What kind of switch is that?

i want to training where place
Wire labels?
The label of the wires is attached to them at the installation site of the electrical panel
Good
Tanks
I don't know bud, I'm a level below this, I'm struggling to even read what the inputs for the wires are supposed to be... N= neutral, ph=phase? auto=?? C=? NC and NO? So... I guess you wire it if you want the contactor to be normally open or normally closed I guess? I mean it's a good effort and the camera quality helps a lot but I'm still a level below this, hard for me to understand. Need to watch the video a few times and others...
Hello my friend. Watch the video a few times. There are also other videos in this channel that talk about all the equipment needed for the electrical panel and all their details can be explained by watching them. You learn more
@@roamaroundtheknowledgeapparently not 🤣 oh well. Find a different channel that supports the viewers

Are you not using Red, Yellow (or White) and Blue for Phases, Black Neutral and Green (or yellow/Green) for earth. Are you switching the Neutral. That's a fail in New Zealand or Australia.
Thanks sir did you teach Online or not Sir ?
Hello, currently there is no online training. We will do this in the future. Good luck
You got wonderful skill, but hard to follow. There is no schematic diagram
Thank you. Watch the movie a few times, you will learn something
Can you explain equipment name please..??

I do this goal
Please let the names of the equipment shows
There is a complete video on the channel about the required devices. The name of the video is Electrical Protection Devices
👍 👍
please can you get me the simplest way of installing CCTV? thank you@@IET-76 🖐
OMG I used to build a few panels for control jobs why did I not think to use self drilling screws instead of drilling and tapping holes 🤷♂️🤬. Surly you are not mounting the components directly onto the back of the panel though, panels are normally supplied with a steel backplate to mount on
Thank you for your opinion. It was very helpful. But I must say that in this area the conditions are such that you have to draw the electrical panel in this way. Good luck.
Please can I join you
Please can I join you.
need with diagram
Ok in the future
Good job, but this panel will not pass US National Electrical Codes, firstly, the panel space is small compared to the number of devices used, a neutral wire is used along the length of the panel, which must be used separately from the busbar, the panel is not grounded, And there is no ground terminal, it is not allowed to install the outlet on the panel body, the wires and terminals do not have address numbers, the main switch is not installed in the right place, and it is not insulated and covered...
That’s an interesting comment. Why is the panel too small, there is ample space for the small amount of heat generated as it only appears to be a 30 amp supply at most 40. The last comment about insulating and covering is even more so, it’s all what we would term fingerproof ( ipx2 I think it is) having watched a lot of electrical videos from your country I am horrified by the amount of exposed copper. I am not having a go, just curious for an explanation
Thank you for your opinion. It was very helpful. But I must say that in this area the conditions are such that you have to draw the electrical panel in this way. Good luck.
The electrical codes are very different from country to another country. And i find the codes in the USA very bad compared with the code in Europe.
