You should keep atleast 2 inch extra wire inside the channel.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to identify your terminals on your terminal blocks at the bottom of the panel, and also number the wires to make future trouble shooting much easier in the future as components fail and need replacement.

Striping wires in minimum & proper length , securing connection by tightening the screws with their specified tool, Colors scheme in wires help in easy identification for connections. Central Bar rail which allow each wire pass through desperately & accommodate it's bit extra length that might be its farther use is very nice. However ,Labelling them all individual components in Panel would surely helpful and good in education point of view. It would further improved by verbally describing the function and purpose of each component in single line. Using proper tools for the purpose ensure the life and longitivity. Ahh just seen a comment that indicates this is a usa panel....company i worked for in UK did a lot of work on york chillers from us, the panels were removed and a new uk spec one fitted.

No cables identified,no id on componants,no shrouding on isolator and not door intrlocked. Self tappinf screws through back of panel and sides of panel....perhaps not done in uk.
