- Mary Lou is away this week so I am joined by Sall Grover, who we spoke to last four months ago, when she was in the midst of fighting a discrimination case against a man calling himself "Roxy Tickle," who claimed he had been "discriminated" against when he was banned from Sall's woman-only app, Giggle.
Sall recently lost the case, as an Australian judge determined it is possible to "change sex."

WE as men need to stand with you all since we were responsible for letting this insanity happen. Upper middle class to rich white men started this. It's time to end it. We need eachother now more than ever. Get these poor girls to stop eating this stuff up and supporting it. Get the men to stop being cowards about what others think and stand up for their mother's , sisters wives and daughters ..all women. Even the deluded ones. Unfortunately, the women with real power, the politicians, are all on board with the nonsense. Look at how many trans/nonbinary/alphabet people are in the current administration in positions to set policy on these matters.
Too many women spoke up for the trans community when it was about trashing the Straight White Male and "toxic masculinity"

Great interview, thanks. Slowly more and more women are waking up. I was late to all this, I am guessing I started thinking differently in early 2020 or 2021 but it wasn’t long til I started really paying attention. Women are in for the fight of our lives. Commenting from captured Canada.
I just saw NZ's Law Commission issues paper on Human Rights Act changes to "protect" transgender people. It's "interesting" how broad it is - for anyone who wants to see how outrageous this could get. Fortunately our current government is unlikely to buy too much of it but they will face an election in two years time. Thank you Sall for massive tip off and Megan for helping her. We (canada) have been putting up some great numbers over the last few years, some really crazy crazies, but I think this case has put Australia over the top.

I've been sceptical of Sall, but she's been through a serious trial by fire and kudos to her for keeping on fighting. It must be extremely stressful and I wish her well.
Every Australian that can NEEDS to donate and make noise, talk to your MPs, turn up to protests and show the politicians that the majority does not agree and we will not vote for them if they won't change this. The Voice referendum should have woken the pollies up that the majority doesn't agree with woke bullshit but it seems it hasn't and so the opposition plods along on its platform of having no platform🤦🏼♀️. We have elections coming up in Qld in October and not a whisper about this. Most people have no idea. They think trans is a few blue haired kids in Melbourne that doesn't affect them.
How can it be ok to change a birth certificate? Changing a birth certificate is like trying to change history! It is not possible to change history no matter how much we might want to!

This whole ‘men as women’ is a massive misogynistic movement. Women refusing to engage where men are involved will be the ultimate solution (sadly).

This is the most important civil rights case of the 21st century. It's the domino that brings the whole enterprise down if it falls. I watched a lawyer who commented that the "loophole" in the Aussie Constitution that allows for self-identity over biology (and gender over sex ) comes from not identifying what a woman was from day one. Of course they never would have imagined the NEED to do so. The trans movement was right there to make mischief by calling out the framers of the document for not employing post-modern language-- in the 1890s! A win for biology is not assured. That's why we need to crowdfund Sall to the limit.
So impressed with how Sal is keeping her cool under all this misogynistic crap. Now there’s a real woman. By the way, I self-identify as a fairy queen - where are my rights?
The Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Dr Anna Cody, is a trans-inclusionary feminist, a strong supporter of Roxanne Tickle's -- and a biological woman. I would genuinely be interested in anyone interviewing her to find out why she believes the current law is just.

In the US, disability rights are based on the principle of “reasonable accommodation”, considering the needs of all stakeholders. Are the accommodations sought by transwomen reasonable? How do these accommodations affect women? Two valid questions.
As a women, i do not accomodate male behaviour of any sort that makes me uncomfortable. This whole stupid revolting ideology that allows any man can say he is a women and WE have to accept that and even shut up. Talk about co ercive control and lack of our consent. All this crap dictates, is that we are silenced into submission. There are lovely trans people out there, who just like the rest of us, want to live life peacefully without being hassled.

I truly think women collectively have to resort to The Hague. We need to have strong human rights lawyers who will represent to the International Court of Human Rights in Geneva all the Western countries' women and Afghanistan women who have lost to men their fundamental human rights to safety from men. I mean it.
How it really works - the High Court decides that a law passed by Parliament is defective in some way, for example unconstitutional, or makes a decision that is otherwise at odds with what the government wants - that exposes the Commonwealth to legal risk in that every new case in lower jurisdictions on that matter will go as per the High Court's decision and potentially expose the Commonwealth to claims for compensation, legal fees etc in all similar cases. So the government of the day will amend or repeal that law to avoid that legal risk. This isn't primarily a political decision, if it were then the High Court would be ignored all of the time. The only political dimension would be that by ignoring a High Court decision and paying out essentially free money to anyone who can claim it the opposition would have a field day and the country would go broke.

I’m definitely in disbelief about this, but I also remember a time in the 70s when women forced men to give up their private spaces, like men’s clubs and public bars in hotels. Women had their own space in the pub called the ladies lounge that men couldn’t access unless they entered with a woman, but they wanted to have access to the public bar.where men could say stuff that would probably offend women. So women demanded access and got it. Sadly what goes around comes around. 🤔
There was a case with gender identity involved I read about somewhere in BC where a woman filed a harassment suit against her employer because she was “non binary” and a male coworker kept calling her sweetheart. She won something like 15 or 25,000 I can’t remember which.
He shouldn't have called her that regardless of her "identity".
I don’t think being called sweetheart is so damaging that she deserved money for it. It’s not like he had to pay her out of his pocket either it was the employing company who paid. Being called sweetheart isn’t really the harassment the courts should be dealing with. If women can’t handle an asshole calling them sweetheart they shouldn’t leave the house.

Technically yes if you tell them to stop calling you anything and they keep doing it you can file a harassment claim. But honestly some people just talk that way and some women call men by names like sweetheart or “girlfriend”. I think it’s insane that she won any money. I can’t imagine if she worked on line in a restaurant kitchen she’d have been in tears after 5 minutes. I mean no one should have to work in a hostile environment but people also need a backbone.

I'm sorry, I can't support Sall because she doesn't support sex workers. She sees them as victims who need help exiting the industry. While that is true of many people in the sex industry, it is not true for a great deal of them. Sex workers have been fighting constitutional battles long before you and Sall ever thought about launching one.
I'm not saying that I hope Sal loses, I just don't support her. TERFs and sex workers actually have a lot in common.
Women buy sex from men and from other women. If Giggle had gotten big enough, then there might have been a female sex buyer forum. Who knows.
