I am in the USA. Just recently started watching the Master Chef Australia and I really enjoyed the time you spent with a couple contestants at your house. Think you made a ribeye. You are just a solid individual. Ya know, being an amazing chef is great, but to share the intimate personal relationship you have with food, to me, is just stellar. Would love to spend a hour with you in the kitchen as well. Just let me know when. (ha ha) But seriously, well done mate. You have touched me and how I feel about and treat food now. Changed my life brother. Thanks.
I've tried numerous mushroom pasta recipes over the years, but this one comes out top for me. It's so quick and easy to make, and the genius idea is the tin of mushroom soup, delicious 😋.
I have been watching Jamie for over 20 years over here in California. He never disappoints. His passion for cooking is just as strong today as it was 20 years ago. And it is very infectious. Nice one! 👍
Just discovered Jamie's first TV series, "The Naked Chef" is available on the Roku channel. OMG, there he is, 23 yrs. old and just PUCKER 😄! How fun to see him cooking up a storm with such confidence. Oh and sliding down the rail of the circular stairs of his flat! Truly fun to watch. 😘
I agree, I’ve followed him for over 20 years. As a retired teacher I’ve always said, I would have loved to have him in my classroom..I’ve had kids like him, so lovely and hyped up…but full of enthusiasm!😊
Leeks also taste amazing with mushrooms and garlic if you want to give it a twist. I haven't tried the version with the mushroom soup; as for the type of pasta, even lasagna sheet work.
Of course, adding a tin of soup is a fine and venerable tradition in British cooking, especially where mushrooms are concerned. The only complicated aspect of this is that presenters are not supposed to mention the best brands to use, so I shall provide, as I account myself a ❤️lover❤️, not a *hater*. If you can, (see what I did there?) use a tin of Campbells condensed mushroom soup in this. When you add the H2O from slooshing round the tin, you've half reconstituted the soup in there, so it comes out like you've reduced the sauce a bit. This idea gets used for all sorts, chicken and mushroom pie, mushroom gravy for TV dinner chips, and so forth. Nice one Jamie! ⭐👍
I reckon... you would get more flavour cooking the mushrooms on a pan with just a bit of salt (no oil at all - ruins the mushroom) and let the water come out - intensifying the mushroom flavour.... then add the oil to one side with garlic etc and mix it up
I had this love at first sight for Oliver since his young days Lol always loved his style cooking experiment with things just how I am.. Gemini my soul mate match as aquarius, thats the man I adore who know how to cook my style and stay charming as usual..I love mashroom pasta I made other day, was thinking of using can mashroom with it.. now gotta
I do something similar but use onions instead of garlic. The Thyme and the toasted garlic bread crumbs are nice additions. This would be amazing on top of Ravioli.
Met you in Romford outside c&a in Romford ..when you first started...you said I was your first ever contact on your life trip to be a success..good on ya.
That' amazing... Thank you chef Jamie, huge fan of you... I was soooo damn excited to see you in master chef current couple of wks back... Watch your tv shows as well... This one coming from you had to be dashing.... Master of Italian cuisine.... Loads of thanks....❤️😍👌👍🔥
I must try the breadcrumbs topping. I know many ppl are calling you out for using Campbell mushroom soup but I sometimes do that too, nothing wrong with wanting extra mushroom flavour … yummy!! Sometimes I drizzle on some truffle oil as well, and at times add some strong pungent home-made rice wine. It suits my family’s taste buds.
Italians used flavoured breadcrumbs like this as a substitute for expensive Parmesan (Cuccina Povera). Not sure if Gordon has a similar recipe but using sardines or anchovies.
Thanks for the recipe, Jamie. I've made it a few times and it's delicious. Just a heads up though; you use thyme in the recipe and show thyme in the still shot at the start of the video but the still says rosemary.
i absolute love making this at home sometimes i add smoked bacon in with it as well i usually have this dish 3 times a week
Made this pasta tonight with thyme from my garden. It was a hit! Thank you Jamie!

I do this recipe with a healthy splash of fresh lemon as well. Delish!

Bro, massive fan forever, even back in the skateboard days! You're a master and a genius. I can't wait to try this one! Love the hack too.
Love when you said "if they don't like mushrooms stick them in and don't tell them" Works 100%
omg my new way to make pasta!!!
I think using a tin of mushroom soup is a lovely idea. I do use that tric sometimes for chicken pies 😊
Yummy going to do this for the weekend, thank you Jamie’s
I will try that any time soon
I mad your mushroom pasta with a can of mushroom soup and I loved delicious 😊
I do something similar but use onions instead of garlic. The Thyme and the toasted garlic bread crumbs are nice additions. This would be amazing on top of Ravioli.
Mushroom pasta sounds absolutely wonderful! Especially with big chunks of lightly fried, succulent porcini mushrooms & boletus!
A succulent Chinese meal
I’m gonna make this.
Looks amazing

So easy and delicious 😋
Some people are criticizing him for using a can of mushroom soup. But I say TQ Jamie for keeping it real in this economy.
I’m cooking this today 🏴
Love Jamie.
Italians used flavoured breadcrumbs like this as a substitute for expensive Parmesan (Cuccina Povera). Not sure if Gordon has a similar recipe but using sardines or anchovies.
Love the idea of adding cream of mushroom instead of cream.
This man fries and egg at the airport, resulting as awesome and delicious like home fried.. 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for the recipe, Jamie. I've made it a few times and it's delicious. Just a heads up though; you use thyme in the recipe and show thyme in the still shot at the start of the video but the still says rosemary.
Any written recipe? Looks great!
Just made this and I won’t be cooking with soup again
I have been watching him too on fatafeat channel from Egypt 🇪🇬
Love the mushroom soup idea
Oh my goodness thats i want to learn how to do it or cook it i like creamy. ❤❤
There is also a tin of mushroom and garlic soup that can be used instead of just mushroom soup
Love it!
Im waiting jamie oliver fried rice
Can you use dried thyme instead of fresh thyme ? If so, how much dried thyme?
I loved the hack with the cream soup👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥰🥰🥰
i love it!
Hi Jamie ,love the recipe. However not sure when we use the rosemary in this recipe.
I think he used thyme instead of rosemary 😂
Very yummy
Ditto W/ the can soup
Nicely done, going to cook it today. It is nice watching Jamie Oliver again, with him easily being one of my favourite Chefs.
He said it right there "don't be a hater!"
no the soup!!
Mouth watering😉
Have always used tin of cream of mushroom soup!!!
Might be a daft question but what quantity of breadcrumbs to the garlic & thyme should I use? I like to know quantities 😊
In every video of Jamie's I'm wondering how can he eat the food when it's that hot😂
Some people are like this 😂 when I burn my tongue, my mom is already complaining that the food is too cold.
I can smell it ❤
Which cheese you are adding please??
2:43 this is moment when I put massive chicken broth and the whole thing is awesome 🙋😍
Doing this tonight but with added chilli
Me wishing I had some mushrooms right now
